Beachfront holiday rentals in Sarasota

As Jeffrey states… steps from each. Literally.. 50 steps to beach. Such great communication. All amenities you will need. Much appreciated the Coleman cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. One of the best well stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed. Nice parking. Small walk to beach restaurants. Definitely would stay again. Thank you sir.

Everything was seamless and I would recommend to others.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

Pristine new renovation in Redington Beach. The house is so cutely decorated and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Great bed, soft sheets, plush towels. An excellent selection of DVD’s for movie night, which was fun. Great selection of games. We love to cook and all supplies were provided along with nice serving platters which we very much appreciated. They also had everything we could need for the beach, including children’s toys. Extremely family oriented rental. Would absolutely stay here again! One thing to note is very steep steps to get into the house and down into the backyard, which was a little tough on my elderly aunt and baby :) great challenge though! Thanks guys!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

My second stay at Mike and Patty's - both experiences were great. Location is perfect, kayaks were available, and the units have been clean and well-maintained. Manasota Key is still cleaning up from the hurricane, but Mike and Patty's place was completely repaired and ready for business. I look forward to the next time!

We had a great time, Home was very nice and spacious, beach right in front of the house, sunsets were beautiful, beds were very comfortable they had everything that we needed, would definitely stay there again no problems Thanks again Alan and Susan Mohn

Dear Jeff Thanks for hosting us. Even though the hurrican helene hit this area so hard, you made us feel safe and at home! We enjoyed the lonely beach walks and collecting sea shells. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly. Especially Matt and Peppy. They were always there for a nice chat or a helping hand (our car ran out of battery). We enjoyed every second of our stay! What a great property! Chris and Kaylyn thought of everything and what a great location on Manasota Key. While there are still signs of damage from Hurricane Milton in the area, you wouldn’t know while in the house. Great amenities and location for the beach, dining or just relaxing at a great house. The beach was just a few steps away and is coming back! We’ll be back as this is our favorite place to get away from Wisconsin winters!

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

The stay at Steven’s went extremely well. He was very responsive regarding all inquiries we had. He also accommodated a late check out for us, as our plane was leaving later in the day. Everything in the listing was made available to us and the walk to the beach was extremely close.

Lovely home, well equipped, very comfortable and the beach is at the end of the street. Less than 10 mins walk.

Resort style home. Great pool ! Nice linens, kitchen complete for grilling and cooking in. Clean atmosphere. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We didn’t need for anything.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect just a couple blocks from beach and many shops and restaurants. All rooms were good size and having their own bathrooms was great. We had 5 couples and everyone having a king bed with own bathroom was great! Would definitely stay again! Host was very responsive and helpful for any needs

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect for our vacation. The rooftop and the poolside were very nice gathering areas. We enjoyed the beach, John's Pass, and the shops and establishments in the area. It was nice to take a very short walk to the Saltwater Hippie at the end of the day for drinks and music. We also had the opportunity to attend a couple cafe/restaurant grand re-openings (post hurricane), and enjoy the positivity of the owners, employees and the local patrons. We were a bit disappointed that the city currently has all the beachside parking closed on Gulf Blvd, which made it difficult to use the golf cart to go to the beach, it is a short walk however. All in all, the property is exactly as listed and exactly as the photos depict. Zarko was very responsive, and we had a wonderful visit. I would highly recommend Zarko as a host for any of the properties he has listed.

We had an incredible time here. Beautiful home and location. We really enjoyed the deck and watching the ocean from there. Our hosts were also very kind and gracious to us when our kids had a mishap with a bedside lamp. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. We would love to visit again if they’ll have us back :)

Great location - right on the beach! Private pool, clean accommodations and great food nearby!

Unfortunately our stay got cut extremely short due to Hurricane Helene. We were able to stay one night in the Turquoise Gem before we had to leave, but those 24 hours were everything we had hoped for! John was an extremely attentive host and kept our safety as a top priority. The unit itself was beautifully renovated and something we would love to come back and give another shot! Highly recommend this host and his property.

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

This house was perfect for our family and our needs. Loved having the main living area on the 2nd floor so we could enjoy the view of the water even when the weather wasn’t great (late Dec/early Jan). The hot tub was awesome and got a ton of use! The hurricane really had a huge impact on the area, so when we were there there was a lot of construction and desolation around, but this house was rehabbed beautifully. The outdoor shower was really cool and the beds were super comfy. We had everything we needed! Quick notes: No dishwasher so we also used paper plates sometimes but they do have plenty of dishes; Because of the storm, some of the local restaurants are still closed. It’s a very residential area, which we loved. Overall we didn’t really mind because it truly excused us to do nothing but chill. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable if you don’t want to walk the beach.

Rick's guesthouse was clean, cozy and as depicted in the photos. The main house stands between the guesthouse and the beach, but the beach is close enough you can hear the waves from the house , and there is a walk that leads directly there. While we didn't meet Rick, we did meet his lovely wife who was responsive and checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. The weather was unusually cold and rainy during our stay. We discovered there is no heat in the house other than an electric space heater. We were surprised to discover the extent of hurricane damage still evident in the surrounding area- parks were closed, nearby houses damaged and vacant, etc. Fortunately, Rick's place largely escaped damage, other than the pool, but it will be a while before the surrounding area is back to normal. The location is quiet and feels private and safe. There are plenty of shopping & eating options nearby. If cooking there are plenty of cooking utensils, few ingredients/condiments.

First off this is a hidden Gem of a place and I can’t wait to go back ! Kevin was great with responding and gave great suggestions on where everything was. It was a delight to know we were only steps away from the beach. Thank you for everything great place and wonderful owner. Again thank you !
