Amazing place to stay for the family. The beach view is epic.

Lovely condo! It is a very peaceful/tranquil property overlooking a beautiful wooded area. This is a perfect location for someone looking for a relaxing holiday, whilst still being near all the excitement of Jomtien. Just a few hundred meters from well-stocked 7-11 and Tops markets. The hosts are lovely – excellent customer service and very responsive. Everything was in perfect order, exactly as described. Fast internet, nice gym/swimming pools, etc., a great resort where you can unwind. I've stayed in several highrises in Pattaya/Jomtien over the years, this place is far more calming than any of them. We stayed in Lasse apartment for 3 weeks and had a great time ,the view from the balcony was great you could watch the local fishing boats come in everyday and there was always something going on if you just wanted to chill with a coffee or something stronger.The local night market is a 10 minute walk away and there are plenty of small supermarkets close by.We did have a problem with the kitchen tap not flowing properly but we were informed they had a leak in one of the roof tanks .Be aware the only hot water is from the shower which I thought strange but my son who lives there tells me this is normal added bonus it does have its own washing machine.

Wonderful place. On a quiet soi with a variety of seafood restaurants within sight on the balcony. Had a scooter and parking was easy. You’ll be able to watch the local fishermen go in and out of sea from just right of the balcony. In mornings you can watch the restaurants do their prep with the catch of the day. Fridge was stocked with water which I appreciated. I enjoyed the inside space from the internet, AC, Thai bed and great curtains to keep out the light and heat when needed. To me this is what Thailand should be but close enough to the city so you can enjoy that when you want as well. When I am able to visit again I’ll stay a few months at this location.

Great condo, the apartment is fresh. There are all utensils for cooking, a good gym. The pool is very large , 1 circle sailed in 10 minutes. In general, I liked everything, Thank you!

Had a wonderful stayyy

We had a great stay! The check-in process was seamless, even though we arrived at 3 a.m. The apartment offers stunning views of the sea through its massive floor-to-ceiling windows, including a striking glass corner. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has plenty of surfaces for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and Terese provided an excellent recommendation book, which was very helpful. The swimming pool was a bit cold for us, but we noticed other residents, including children, enjoying it. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the sea. While the area doesn’t have a huge variety of restaurants, there’s enough to keep you satisfied. It’s also easy to get to Jomtien Beach, with taxi rides costing just 100-150 THB. For those working remotely, the internet speed was excellent—80 Mbps for downloads and 20 Mbps for uploads—and the large table was ideal for work Highly recommend

We have an awesome stay! The staffs were great and very helpful (Nueng). The place is clean, nicely furnished and everything works well (shower, aircon, electrical appliances, etc.). The best part is the balcony with the breathtaking view. Worth every penny!

A great place to stay, view to the sea is amazing everything on your doorstep. Great pool well equipped flat. The host was very kind 5 * All ways round 👍
