The most wonderful view from the 27´th floor balcony. A dream for everyone who appreciate seaside view. Calm conditions and yet 10 minutes away from Pattaya city life by car. Alexander is a very easy host and contributes to the pleasant stay. Only to be recommended. Michael from Denmark

Everything is extremely clean, organized condominium, lots of pools, great gym. In the ad does not talk about access to the private beach that for me was the best part. Restaurant inside the condominium, it would definitely be more if there was availability

Great apartment. Very spacious, parquet floor, amazing 180 degrees view from the balcony, kitchen with all the amenities you need, living room with great tv and sofas. Very comfortable bad. The owner reply right away for any issue or question you have.

It was a great stay and the hosts helped with everything they could and communicated well. A little far from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya which ended up being nice and more laid back. Good stay. Mom’s restaurant out front across from Top’s was amazing Thai food and very affordable.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Great place to stay on the beach. This was the largest Airbnb that I have stayed at in Thailand and the only one with a regular oven, not just a microwave. Kelli was also the quickest of any to respond to questions. It was seconds. It was like she always had her cell phone in her hands.

I wish we had more time to stay.. our flight had some issues so we came in 2 days after the supposed check in. Emily is very pleasant, responsive and proactive.. may be on our next trip here we’ll stay longer
