You can rent our newly renovated and high-quality apartment in a prime location with an eye for detail! From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of Mount Kramer and the beautiful Loisach at your feet. It's just steps to the centre of Garmisch. The apartment is very quiet, the perfect place to turn off. And yet you are in the middle of it! Shopping, bakery, restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Train station about 10 min. walk to the apartment. The apartment has been renovated by us with much love. It can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for small families as well as couples. Baby cot and baby chair is available as well as washing machine. (everything is new) The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. The corresponding underground garage and drying room is also located in the house. Directly in front of the house flows very beautiful stream (Leusach), where you can relax beautifully. The apartment is located on the ground floor, the house has only three stairs, which is very convenient for families with children as well as for older guests. The municipality charges a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per day. For this the guest receives a ticket for free local bus, as well as discounts for swimming pool, Partnachklam, museum, etc.

Well equipped apartment in the heart of the city. The 40m2 flat is situated in a historic building and most of Innsbruck's sights are in walking distance. As part of the tourism region Innsbruck, we are able to offer you the Welcome Card. The apartment is cosy, welcoming and charming. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wooden high plateau, which hosts an extra double bed in a cosy atmosphere thanks to the low ceiling. Wifi and a TV with Netflix is also provided for cosy evenings.
