In the middle of the artist district overlooking the water

Living directly on the Karl Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. Here "lives" the art scene (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property, the so-called Neuseenland begins. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. All no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl Heine Canal. Z.Z. are on the millennium field animals (including camels), of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet right in the middle of it.

We invite you to our beautiful holiday home with about 80sqm living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (ground floor/ DG) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (ground floor) with shower, bathtub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, there is also a separate toilet (DG) available. Trampoline, swing, sandpit, playhouse with slide and a playground are available for the "little ones" in the garden.

Kleines Ferienhaus "Hoher Stein" am Friedewald

We rent our small, cozy holiday home, which is located directly on the edge of the forest in nature. The guest house is ideal for 2 adults and small families ( +2 children) who want to relax and unwind from the stress. Also for a weekend trip there is room for 4 adults who want to hike through the adjacent vineyards. In the Elbe Valley you can also make a lot of excursions by bike. We are looking forward to many friendly, respectful and tidy guests.

Our home is located in Friedrichswalde, a village in Saxon Switzerland. There is a very good connection to highway 17. (Driving time Dresden city center 15 - 20 minutes, Prague 80 minutes). Excursion destinations such as the National Park or the city of Pirna, as well as restaurants and a supermarket can be reached in minutes by car. The accommodation is suitable for couples, friends, but also solo travellers are welcome.
