The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Shepherd's wagon with barrel sauna and bathing getaway

You are staying in a unique shepherd's wagon to live on simplicity. In the Tiny House there is no running water or electricity, really "back to the roots". Located in the heart of Pöhl and only a few kilometers away from the dam of the same name. Great starting point for hikes. The lovingly furnished shepherd's wagon can accommodate 2 adults, possibly one child in addition. The sauna barrel, as well as the hot tub, can be used with a view on the trout pond.

The 120 sqm holiday home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play area for our little guests), as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a sauna in our bathroom which is exclusively available to you. On the ground floor, a farm kitchen invites you to cook. The yard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax. Barbecue and fireplace are provided.

It has room for max. 2 adults and 2 children. On our farm we have a dog, chickens, ducks and rabbits. In addition, there are plenty of play options for children. Sauna use is possible for 20€. Guests who only stay one night will pay a Extra charge of 20€.
