Bikes/motorcycles/car can be accommodated in the garage. 10 minutes' walk you need to walk to the old town. Renovated and well-equipped, the apartment offers one/two bedrooms (depending on the number of people booked or arrangement!!!), kitchen with dining area, living room and balcony. TV only via free online media library or own accounts (Netflix/Amazon/etc).

The approx. 95 sqm, beautifully bright condominium is newly renovated and is waiting to receive nice guests:) In the garden there is plenty of space to relax, have breakfast, play with the children or nice barbecue evenings - in the cool season you can make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace and from home office at the desk to wellness under the rainforest shower or in the bathtub, the apartment actually offers everything your heart desires :)

Apartment in nature on Stemweder Berg

This spacious and at the same time cozy apartment offers everything you could ever want for a relaxing holiday in nature: A large veranda to linger, a fire-place for the cozy evening hours and plenty of space (about 80sqm). Right in front of the house is a swimming pond. Here is a barrel sauna for three apartments. Right next to it is a campfire place for social evenings. The house sits very idyllically in the Stemweder Berg surrounded by forest and meadows.

This stylish and spacious 120 sqm apartment, located in the middle of the house, is the heart of our three apartments. Lovingly furnished with lots of light and air to breathe freely. The panoramic window in the living room allows a kilometer-wide view of the Auetal. The eat-in kitchen invites you to cook and live. The bathroom is large and comfortable. Free parking is right by the house. The large garden and terrace are available. Dogs are welcome.

Beautiful bright apartment (92 m ²) with 2 balconies

Relax and enjoy the recreational areas.. you can do so in our bright friendly apartment. In addition to a large living/ dining room and a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single bed is at your disposal. On the pull-out couch in the living room could sleep a 4th person. The large balcony, which is oriented to the south, is accessible from the living room and from the bedroom. An additional kitchen balcony invites you to morning coffee:-)

From this centrally located accommodation you can quickly reach the main train station, the city center and the trade fair. There is even a direct subway connection to the fair.
