The cottage is idyllically located on a small vineyard. nice weather has my great view of the valley. There are some shopping and a small bakery nearby. From Marbach, you can also find many excursion destinations reach out.

We had a good stay and can recommend it. The house is very well equipped. Please offer larger towels in the future, otherwise this is a mild agony for adult men.

The place and surroundings were just beautiful. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and were able to relax wonderfully. It was definitely a place where we all felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Peter and Pija have created a wonderful opportunity to relax in the Allgäu and to be able to reach their sights quickly. If you want to relax in a stylish ambience for a few days and occasionally plan excursions to the Allgäu, this is the place to be!

Sabine‘s place was a perfect fit for us. We rented as a family with one kid. The surroundings are really beautiful and quiet, yet you are not far from Leutkirch and hence the near vicinity by car. We can recommend this place and Sabine as a host warmly.

Very well located accommodation in the area, surrounded by beautiful scenery and quiet. Typical chalet of the area. Vintage interior, very well equipped. Ceiling height indeed low for tall people but Ok for the others.

The apartment is well equipped, very modern, very spacious! We were there with two children (5 years, 9 months) - travel cot, high chair and toys were provided for the kids. The sauna on the ground floor could also be used free of charge. We enjoyed the location very much - you usually have to drive a car, but it was nice and quiet, relaxing and we had a little break from the bustling everyday life. We like to come back 😀

We (2 adults, 2 children 9 and 13 years) had a very nice stay in the cottage. It is an older farmhouse that is lovingly furnished. Also in the kitchen, nothing was missing. We were even greeted with a jar of homemade jam. Margret and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps another fly screen in the second bedroom would be helpful on hot summer days. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the cottage for those planning a quiet holiday in a rural atmosphere.

We spent a weekend with the family in Hittisau. The place was great for this. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen with the dining room. Thanks for the wonderful time there.

The house was clean and superbly equipped. Communication went smoothly, even a short-term change in arrival time was no problem. We would be very happy with the place.

The perfect space to switch off from everyday life. We stayed 2 nights in the tiny house and immediately felt very comfortable. The panoramic windows overlooking nature and the sauna were a highlight. The contact with the hostess was pleasant. Also regarding the check out time, they were flexible, which pleased us very much.

We had a lovely weekend as a group of 8 people and enjoyed the lot of space and the child-friendly furnishings.

There were two of us in the beautiful part of Wendy and Sven's house. Wendy welcomed us and showed us the charming apartment in her Appenzell house. In the spacious kitchen we were able to cater perfectly, the fridge is large and there is plenty of dishes available. Great that there is also a dishwasher! Tabs, detergent, sponge, enough kitchen towels, everything available. Also plenty of towels and toilet paper. We didn't miss anything. We took beautiful hikes and had good food in neighboring Heiden. We also visited the Henry Dunant Museum in Heiden - very interesting! In the cozy living room, we were able to relax well and review our experiences. The ceilings and door frames are low because it is an old, very pretty, renovated Appenzell house, you have to be a little careful. We're looking forward to our next visit with Wendy and Sven!

Valerie and Tobi were very friendly and attentive hosts who were available for any questions and had helpful tips about the area. The location of the accommodation is perfect, quiet for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We felt very comfortable :) There were very large rooms and yet comfortably furnished. Perfect for a weekend out of the city and the hustle and bustle. It was all very clean. We will definitely be back !

We immediately felt at home in the historic farmhouse. It has a great flair, lots of wood and above all lots of space. If I were looking for a place for a Christmas with three or four other families - I would book this house right away. Each unit has a bathroom and kitchen, there is a lot to discover and for the children it is a huge indoor playground. The hostess was very caring and regularly let us share her culinary achievements and carved a pumpkin with our children for Halloween. The house is completely centrally located in the Allgäu, so everything in the Allgäu can be reached within one driving hour. We became fans within a week - of Allgäu and this great house. All the best!

Our stay was perfect in all parts. The cottage is centrally located and yet very quiet. The setup is in all parts of the description. We highly recommend holidays in Appenzell.

Philipp is a great host. Everything was perfect, including tips for hiking. The living room with the giant couch is the perfect place to drop after long hikes. The kitchen has everything to cook fine food. We'd love to come back any time.

We enjoyed our stay at Carmen's house. Especially the fenced garden was perfect for our two dogs. Carmen is a very nice host, there were even towels for the dog paws. Everything necessary was available in the house and the kitchen was very well equipped. The house is perfectly located for many excursions. The area is beautiful. We would book the house again anytime.

Very nice place. It was super clean and tidy. The host had even put up a (real!) christmas tree for us and decorated the common area. We felt right at home. Very easy communication with the host. The only downside is that there is no proper shower just a bathtub with a showerhead. Not perfect but it workes. We would absolutely recommend this place!

We were accommodated with 14 people in houses A and B and had more than enough space. The amenities were great – especially the kitchens were very well equipped, which made cooking for a large group super easy. Especially great was the huge terrace, where we could enjoy the sun all day. The parking options were also ideal – there was space for six cars right by the house. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. All in all absolutely recommended – we would come back anytime!
