The vacation home is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak herringbone parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box-spring beds. This makes this vacation home very special. It has two small kitchenettes with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds each, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of which have natural stone shower, green, furnished southwest terrace and 2 balconies.

Bernried - mehrfach schönstes Dorf Bayerns - liegt am Westufer des Starnberger Sees. Der unter Landschaftsschutz stehende Bernrieder Park (ca. 80 ha) bietet viele Wanderwege und direkte Zugänge zum See. Das kulturelle Angebot (u.a. Buchheim Museum) ist attraktiv. Von Bernried ist man auch mit dem ÖPNV schnell in München und in den Bergen. Unsere Ferienwohnung verbindet Altes und Modernes.
