In the peaceful village of Branxton, it offers country walks from the door and combines tranquility & style with warmth & comfort. It’s the perfect romantic, rural retreat at any time of the year.

Situated in Peebles, our Beautiful traditional stone built house with Aga cooker and wood burning stove. Unique getaway in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Private garden and spaces to sit out and enjoy some well earned rest. The house is close to the mountain bike trails and the town centre, an hour on the bus to the city of Edinburgh. We are dog friendly. The house is set up for folk who love the outdoors with plenty of secure storage and drying facilities! A family home when not rented.

Lovingly converted, pet friendly barn set on a working farm with fantastic views across the Rede valley. Open plan living/kitchen area with log burning stove and flooded with natural light. A recent addition are daily visits from our local red squirrels. Spacious and modern with underfloor heating. Tastefully furnished and decorated with bathroom featuring a walk -in shower. Sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 rooms. Large secure garden for pets NOW HAS AN EV CHARGER - usage charge, no cable

Miss Rankin's cottage retreat-sunny patio, firepit

DISCOUNTS FOR 3+ NIGHTS. Self-catering cottage sleeping up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms, with woodstoves for cozy relaxation & a sunny patio with firepit. In a beautiful Scottish Borders valley, surrounded by sheep farms & many walks. The Whiteadder River runs nearby, and beaches are a short drive away. We are next to one of the most important oak woodlands in the Borders. Come and visit to learn more! Also, the Woodlands Café has opened and it’s just a short walk down the road (weekends-only).

Dog- friendly cottage with woodburner & games room

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.

Delightfully cosy, well equipped, simple, central flat ideal for couples, friends or small families. Breakfast goodies to start you off included. The bedroom can be set up as two singles or a kingsize bed. Double sofa bed in sitting room. Garden with apple trees and a summerhouse on decked area. Well equipped kitchen. Please note An additional cost may be charged if there is excessive use of electricity or gas above my fair usage policy as stated in house rules.
