Great stay home from home, everything you need and that bit extra. Jan is always quick to respond (even on holiday). The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with good instructions on how everything works and recommendations on where to go and eat.

Had a lovely stay at Ben’s flat—great location and very convenient. I was visiting my son who is studying in Edinburgh, and the flat was perfect for my trip. Ben was a great host and kindly offered an early check-in, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Paula and Robbie's place is compact and comfortable with everything needed. It was warm and we lacked for nothing. It was everything that they described and they were wonderful communicators. We would recommend their flat.

The house is in Baberton, which is perfect location if you want to combine Edinburgh with its surroundings. It takes only 30 mins by bus to get to the city centre. And if you want to drive out of the city, you are just minute’s drive from the highway. Steven and Gillian provided very useful tips about the local sightseeing and they were always very helpful for any question which we had. Their manual in the house is very detailed and provided us with all necessary info as well. We really appreciated the work they put into it. Btw thank you so much for the tip to visit Pentland Hills Regional park - it is really beautiful! We very much appreciated the equipment in the house - the full equipped kitchen, the starter food (toast bread, butter, marmelade, milk and cornflakes, but also oil, coffee, tea, sugar and basic seasoning). Although I knew it from the description and also other reviews, the house is in fact very small. But everything else will compensate for that. The privacy is TOP

Great stay for the price. If you are out and about then this is perfect for a base and the walk to the main sites was easy. Friendly hosts and very responsive. Suited our visit with our dogs as had plenty of space inside and the parking space was handy. Would stay again :)

The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! The location is perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to bus station that connects easily to the city center. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable for our family. Eleanor is incredibly hospitable, kind, and welcoming. She made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived and was always approachable if we had any questions during our stay. We had a fantastic time and would love to visit again in the future!

This was exactly what I needed from a place for a mix of work and exploring the city. Recommended for fellow solo travellers or couples. Flat was clean and well-equipped with essentials. Great location on a quiet street.

The space was clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The location was very central, conveniently close to shops like Tesco and Sainsbury and well connected to public transportation. Great host, quick response and friendly. Highly recommend!

The place is amazingly beautiful and the surrounding is serene and safe. We immediately felt at home and loved the place so much that we extended our stay there. Ross is a very helpful and responsive host who went all the way out to respond to our inquiries. I would definitely reconmend Ross's place to others.

Great hosts, everything you need to live in the apartment for days and weeks perfectly. Bus line one street away and perfectly connected to all the essentials. It has been a pleasure.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, Jing was really helpful with all check in information. Very clean with great facilities, would definitely stay her again as it was very affordable and easily slept 8 people. Very quiet area with regular buses into town and bathrooms were great as well with good hot water and big shower.

Amazing accommodation exactly what we wanted felt really relaxed despite it being small it was really cosy. It had everything we needed for our stay! Love the little touches of tea and milk etc. We cannot wait to come back.

Absolutely loved our little weekend getaway at The Annie! As busy parents of little ones we adored the quiet private space to completely relax, switch off and unwind from day to day life. It was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful weekend. We can’t wait to visit again and will definitely be back!

A lovely little stay in Innerleithen, fantastic location 30 seconds from the high street. Great hot tub, wonderful hosts and fully equipped with all amenities, would absolutely recommend

Very sweet family. Affordable place 25 mins from Edinburgh. Easy to get to using public transportation. Very safe, good for short stay.

Loved this place, very clean as previous comments. Nice clear instructions from Ishy, who was also very responsive to any messages sent. Would definitely recommend this property. Sadly it was not quite the weather to sample the hot tub 😬. Just one point to note the local cafe is not open at weekends. 🙈 but the local shop sells adequate supplies.
