Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Scottsdale

Kris’s place is one of the mid century gems of Scottsdale. Once you come in the fabulous entrance the courtyard is lush and well landscaped, the pool is curvilinear and clean, and there are orange trees scenting the air and dropping fruit on the ground. The actual condo unit is way cleaner than any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at. It’s updated with all the modern conveniences you expect in 2025 with the style and charm of the 1960’s. Neighborhood is walkable and safe (I’m a solo female traveler). Thank you Kris!

Alice was very helpful during the booking, before checkin and throughout the full stay. The place was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures and descriptions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Both bathrooms were set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We had the twin beds put together as a king and still had space to move around Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a fabulous stay at Ron and Katie's place! We needed a home that could accommodate my husband, myself, and our 3 young children, and this was the perfect amount of space for us. Katie and Ron were very responsive and kind. The home was clean, beds were very comfortable, great shower, and plenty of space for our family to feel right at home. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful. Location was super convenient to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and neighbors were very friendly. Will definitely book again!

Toby was the most responsive host I have ever dealt with on Airbnb. Self check in instructions were very clear. Questions and communications were answered within 5 minutes in all cases. The place is great! Clean and modern, well decorated, and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and supplied pods. Old Town Scottsdale spots are walkable in 10-20 minutes. Parking in the reserved covered bay was easy to find and very convenient. Overall A+++ and I would look forward to staying with this friendly Super Host on any future Scottsdale trips. Thanks so much for the amazing Airbnb experience!

Amazing place and host. Derek and his team did everything to make me feel welcome. The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with so much detail and care. Never slept in such a comfortable bed before. Check-in was super easy. You can reach the apartment easily with the metro. Derek always relied super fast to all messages. I will definitely come back.

Sarah and Ryan's guest home is off the charts wonderful. The guest house is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Sarah has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. I especially loved the gorgeous patio with plenty of comfy seating. There are some house rules, but totally understandable and appreciated given the beauty of the home, which one wants to preserve. The bed is uber comfortable and there are lots of extra special touches, like cozy blankets and fresh eggs. I was in heaven here and hope to return if I can find a slot! Sarah is always responsive and a real sweet heart. I loved walking in the lovely neighborhood and the location is accessible to so many places.

The property was very clean and our group had lots of room to spread out. We had plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, and a well stocked kitchen. The laundry facilities were nice to have along with some pods to complete some quick washing. The hot tub was used and it was nice to have a garage to park our car at night. It would have been nice to have some wash clothes to clean the kitchen counter or wipe the table. We ended up having to use a wash cloth from the bathroom. When we messaged the host - they said that was a good idea for future renters but didn't do anything for our current stay. It would have also been nice to have a few more condiments that were available like spices for when cooking. All they had was salt and pepper. Other than that, it was a nice comfortable stay.
