Ryan and his team were responsive and friendly from the very beginning. The checkin was seamless and the house was great! We were able to unload the car, and get right into the pool and enjoy our stay. Experiencing the neighborhood on the boat was one of our favorite parts of the stay too- what beautiful homes! Plus, the other neighbors and residents are friendly and wave as they pass by while cruising the water. We would love to come back!

Lisa's house was an amazing stay and one of our best vacation rentals! The home was perfect for our family and well equipped for our toddler. The house was extremely spacious, with amazing entertainment options and a fantastic kitchen. The pool and back patio were amazing - awesome spot to watch the masters too! Best of all was the location close to numerous restaurants and walking distance to a park. Couldn't pick a better spot! Adrian was incredibly helpful and an amazing host/manger. Would strongly recommend to anyone!

Great vacation home, on a lake in a neighborhood where every house has a lakefront backyard. Great for taking walks and close to many spring training venues. The management responded quickly to our questions and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. I highly recommend this rental

The hosts communicated extremely well. There were some minor issues, but they responded swiftly and corrected them with zero impact on our stay. They wanted to make sure we had everything we needed at check-in and throughout our stay. The houses were decorated extremely well as if they were lived in year-round. Both houses had their unique charm and were functional in every way whether it was the pools, the hot tub, or the appliances. The locations was center to every place we needed to visit. We would definitely rent again.

The breakfast she provided was especially nice for our family. The four bedrooms were roomy and there was plenty of closet space for all of us. The pool was great with toys and plenty of pool towels for everyone. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Victoria allowed us to have an early check-in, which helped us tremendously. The home was located so close to the mall, with lots of restaurants, fast food places and freeways to get around easily and quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Victoria's and would stay again.

To say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay would be an understatement!! We flew in late at night to the Phoenix Mesa airport which is an easy 45-60 minute drive. Kay was great quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed to make for an easy check in! The house was stunning! Everything was organized and set up a in way that made everything easy! It had everything we needed and much more! We forgot a booster seat for our six year old and much to my surprise there was one in the garage for us to use! The pool and outdoor area was a favorite! The different seating areas, lounge chairs, and the peaceful waterfall made for an outdoor paradise! The kids loved all the provided pool toys and us parents were grateful for the large supply of pool towels. The area had nice sidewalks for a morning walk or run and had a grocery store and Dutch bros. Coffee shop all within a five minute drive of the house. The beds were another hit! They were so comfortable! Great place to stay as a family!!

We love the place. Clean, nicely laid out. We loved playing pool when our son and daughter in law came over. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Really close to great restaurants, hiking and really good grocery stores. We’ll be back!

I booked this house for my niece's bachelorette and it was the perfect space for it! Close to old town via uber and it had everything you need. We kept saying how this house was put together by a woman because of how beautiful it was decorated, furnished and stocked. It's the details that made this home stood out for us: ice machine, individual Neutrogena face wipes, cute beach towels and games. She was always responsive and resolved any issues we had ASAP. This is the Barbie house in the movie, hands down!

Great house in central location. Yard and all the activities for kids greatly appreciated. All tvs had Netflix, Hulu, etc. kitchen pretty well equipped could be better. Chip / dip set, bigger Tupperware would be useful. Ice machine wouldn’t dispense. Pool and hot tub in good condition.

The home was immaculate with modern decor and furnishings. Close to many restaurants and entertainment. Backyard is beautiful with a very large pool that was well maintained. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Bashar has done a wonderful job with this home. It was exactly what we were looking for: clean, quiet and 15 minutes from everything we needed (the airport, downtown, local restaurants and other attractions). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat in, and everyone agreed how comfortable their bed was. It was also very peaceful and quiet. He was amazingly responsive to our questions, and even went to a store to purchase a pack and play for us, as we were travelling with a toddler. If we come back to phoenix we will not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very clean, easy to get inside, was surprised there is a extra bedroom where the ping pong table is showed in the photos! Great communication when we had a problem arise. Had a great stay!

Rauhen had the most beautiful home and was extremely communicative and responsive. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Rauhen’s home very much and would definitely recommend it! We absolutely loved the outdoor pool and spa!!!
