Perfect accommodation for solo travellers :)

Lovely apartment in the heart of Nowon near the station! It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was really nice and felt like home!

Taehong was a great & responsive host! He answered all our questions very promptly and detailed. He also provided clear instructions on how to get to the airbnb and how to navigate around Seoul. Had a lot of amenities provided which was super helpful. It was also a plus that 7-Eleven and Seoul Station were close by!

Clean and quiet. I intend to use it next time as well.

This is an accommodation that all my friends who went with me praised it. The quiet atmosphere was really nice, and the soundproofing was good. It was close to the station, so it was easy to get around, and if we meet again next time, this is the accommodation I want to choose again!!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The room was comfortable and well located, with a metro station less than a 5 minute walk away, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants just around the corner. Tomy was also a great communicator - thank you!

It was a little difficult to get through the downtown area lined with izakayas when heading from the station to the room, but otherwise it was a very nice room!Holy Water is also within walking distance, and it was very convenient because there are two subway lines:) I would love to stay there again!

Everything was fantastic about the accommodation! It’s spacious, has two bathrooms, and all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. As it’s close to Hongik University Station and Yeontral Park, the location is great. Although it’s near bars and restaurants, it’s also surprisingly quiet. Finally, the host was super responsive and flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is an apartment that belongs to a good place in Korea, the host does his best to help, the environment inside the apartment has a lot of good convenience, I will stay again when I visit Korea again in winter,

Good location clean and nice owner room

Luxury to have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms! Good size apartment with comfortable bedding for 6 of us. Clean, tidy and well presented. We were very comfortable in the apartment. It’s right across from Gyeongui-Jungang station which is just 1 stop from Hongik Uni Station (Hongdae). But Hongdae is literally in your backyard, 10mins walk away. Close to Sinchon station too - 5mins walk. Yet you are in a quiet part of Hongdae. And right behind us is a park, now filled with cherry blossoms! Below the apartment is Paris Baguette so your breakfast is settled. There’s a good local Korean restaurant downstairs and also a BHC for takeaways (good for dinner/supper). Many convenience stores around too. Brian and Elly were very responsive in communication. And they live in the same building so you can reach out if needed, otherwise they will leave you nicely on your own.

the host would respond quickly at times I expected them to be sleep. also very helpful with the recycling and how to access the amenities.

Especially good host, the hygiene is very clean, the location is very convenient to go out in Hongdae, because the last day to sort things up and compare the time the host gave us a special hour to check out, specially thank you ~

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is in a great area with trendy coffee shops and restaurants but also close to the touristy areas. Everything was clean and the extra amenities for the kids were really handy. Jungsoo came round to the flat a couple of times whilst we were out, but she asked beforehand and agreed a different time when the first suggestion was during the kids' bedtime. A minor inconvenience but polite and open to compromise so I can't complain. Wifi worked well and I really liked the electronic door lock instead of keys so less to lose. Wet room took some getting used to (lots of wet socks!) but good water pressure in the shower and everything was clean and seemed fairly new.

It was the same as the photos posted, and they responded quickly to my inquiries, so I used it without any inconvenience.

As usual my favorite spot to come back to😬 super flexible check in and out timings 😬 Host is really friendly n nice too😬 walkable dist from train stations and supermarket:) also found out that there is ALOT of rests in the vicinity too😬👍🏻

Very nice house!The lot is very good, close to the center, and not far on foot is the hottest place in Hongdae.The room is very comfortable and nice, and it is very comfortable to rest here.Suitable for a little more friends to stay with.

Baba responses fast and is very helpful. The place is near to the train station and as seen in the photos. Will stay again if I visit Seoul again!

I stayed at Sarah's place with our family of five. The airport transfer was amazing, so welcomed after a long flight. The place itself is clean and tidy, warm, and just what we needed to call home for a week in Seoul. The location is great, walking distance to Myeongdong and all the attractions there, and the metro station as well. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay at this place, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The location is great—convenient and easy to get around. The host is very helpful and supportive, always quick to respond and ready to assist with anything needed. The only downside was that one of the futons wasn’t very comfortable, as the springs were peeking through. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient place, walk to Hongdae main road within 10 minutes, great value for money

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, including the subway, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the necessities. Host speaks English well and is exceptionally helpful. Definitely would come back. Thank you, Shinki, for making our time in Korea so pleasant.

Our family had an excellent week long stay. If you want to get away from the super touristy area and really experience the Seoul local scene, this place is perfect, near all things within few minutes. Host is super responsive and the place is very clean and pretty good sized considering it's Seoul. Would definitely be back!
