House holiday rentals in Seoul

It was tidy and the accommodation was beautiful. The terrace and rooftop were also pretty, so the weather was nice, but it was nice to wedge the wind with the puppy.

It was a place to meet with acquaintances after a long time, and the accommodation was clean, and there was no discomfort in bed.

We had a really great time at Jun's place. She was very welcoming, responsive, and very friendly. The house is really beautiful, atypical for a European. There are two well separated spaces. The rooms are beautiful. The bathroom with the large bathtub was really nice after long days of walking. The house is in the middle of a market, it was just the fire, we took lots of specialties and we were able to feast on the grill provided. Really, we highly recommend this place if you want to be out of scenery, immersed in Korean culture (few foreigners). We had a really great time. Thank you Jun!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Casa Bella! A few days before, we received not only the codes to get inside but distinct pictures of the area to help guide us to the home. They were really helpful and much appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host’s mom who showed us all the amenities so we wouldn’t need to search through every drawer and cabinet. She was so sweet, especially with the kids! There were extra towels (big plus) and surprisingly absorbent. We really like that there were 2 separate toilets! The home was clean and tidy. Flooring was not flat but it wasn’t an issue. However, it may not be good for someone with mobility issues because of the narrow doorways and steps. Otherwise, the home was quaint and cozy - my kids loved it there! The area was amazing because it was quiet AND less than 10 minute walk to Seoul Station. The distance was super convenient because we were tired every single day. We enjoyed our stay. We would be open to staying here again!

Awesome place to stay (I was here 13 days)! Very clean, peaceful; many cafe/restaurants around; park around the river I liked to walk there; a metro station 3-5 min to go. Sophia is very friendly, helped me with all my questions, she paid me a taxi from the airport!

The host responded really kindly ~ This time, I used it with my parents from the province. I plan to use it again next time with my friends ^ ^ The facilities are clean and the view is good.

I stayed for over a month for interior construction. The house was neatly organized, and there were many stands throughout the house, so the atmosphere was good. It was convenient to use public transportation and there were many amenities nearby, so it was nice.

The hosts were so extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay! From check in instructions, recommendations, to even sending us Korean snacks and some absolutely delicious Banana and Strawberry milk, we were very well taken care of. They were also very patient and accommodating to my requests — travelling with family and balancing their needs while ensuring a pleasant stay is not easy but Chloe and Camila made it bearable 💛 The house is a little older, so expect a slightly cold bathroom during the winter/early spring months, but it wasn’t too bad to me. The interior is warm, cosy, and light, and it looks exactly like the pictures. My only point of inconvenience was the topography of the location. It is fairly hilly and steep in most places. Bus is your best bet for transportation, which is not always easy with luggage, but can be worked around. Taxis do okay, but some of them can struggle with the narrow roads and steep roads. Overall good value for the stay!

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was spacious, quiet and clean with a lot of extra amenities such as biscuits and noodles, first aid supplies and umbrellas. It is very close to public transport which made it super easy to get around, and many lovely cafes and convenience stores/laundromat within a 2 minute walk. Mina the host was very helpful and considerate, giving great recommendations of places to eat and nearby attractions. I will stay here again when I return to Seoul.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfy and clean. We enjoyed the area and it was a short walk to the subway station.

Hongdae Subway Exit 4 has an elevator, No. 7 is an escalator, all can be reached, the road map is quite clear, it is not difficult to find, the host communication response is very timely, the room is also tidy, the value is very good, ps: The only disadvantage is the hill road at the beginning, it is a difficult thing to climb the luggage for women with less physical strength to climb,😂)

I was worried when I saw a review that said it smelled.. but it was my concern. There was no smell ~ ~ It was nice that the room was warm. There was a different comfort from the bed life. I like the bedding ~ The host even had a moka port, so I drank good coffee.

This was the perfect place to access both the mountains and the city. The surrounding area had many great restaurants and cafes, which were all well laid out in Suji’s list of recommendations. We could hike to amazing rock climbing, temples, and parks from the house. The space was clean and spacious. Suji’s hospitality was amazing, making sure we had everything we needed and more. We were very pleased with our experience here.

We spent some fabulous days in this casita. Super clean, cozy and with everything you need. Also the location is perfect for getting around by subway everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Chuck, the host, was super quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything go smoothly and made my time there even more enjoyable. The place was not just clean and comfy, but it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It was just perfect for our big family of 14. The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

I really like this house, the location is good. It is also very close to Hongdae shopping district at the subway station, and there is a convenience store coffee shop at the door. Clean interior and ready to switch plugs ~ Have a great stay next time you come to Korea.❤️

First of all the transportation around here is super easy.It is very close to Mangwon station and Hongdae.The host was very nice and responsive, and the host was very willing to help with issues.The area around the house is quiet, and the various facilities in the room are fully furnished and cozy.Would consider staying again if next time.Awesome thanks a lot💙
