Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Perfect stay in Jakarta!! Personally a great location for what I was there for, great local supermarket and large park to enjoy. The flat has a lovely pool and solid gym. The flat is well kept and very good for one person as a studio set up. There were a few ants on the desk but this is somewhat of the vibe in Indonesia and there was a spray in the kitchen I used that got rid of the problem immediately. Check in/out was super easy and staff at the flat are very helpful and friendly. Easy to get dropped off and collected by grabs and a convenient small supermarket in the basement for amenities

Excellent stay in the heart of the city. Pending rush hour traffic (which you will battle anywhere in town), this was an easy home base to get around while I was in town visiting some friends. Highly recommended and will likely stay here again. Thanks Mario!

The experience of staying at the host hanny is very satisfying, the room is spacious and very clean, we were given cold drinks and snacks. The location is very strategic, to the mall is only a step very close. The host is very responsive and friendly, thank you mbak hanny and mbak early, inshaallah next will stay here again.

The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. The condo is spacious, my family and I feel very comfortable and also it is easy to commute around. I highly recommended. I will stay again next time.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Arriving at the villa we are happy with the atmosphere and the beautiful environment....but when we contact the staff it is difficult....so when there is a leak in the bathroom the staff also does not respond quickly....but overall our villa is satisfied....even though you have to mop the floor because of the dust...hopefully it will be improved for the cleanliness....

Great place, clean and affordable

It’s really nice place to stay for a couple, the location is strategic in the middle of crowdedness of Jakarta.

The house is situated at busy road but it is hardly to hear from it. We were really satisfied with it. The owner gave us a heartly welcome. The breakfest was very nice and the coffee in the morning as well. Thanks to Smita and her parents to have a wonderful stay. Greetings from Sven and Matthias

Thank you so much Pris for letting me and my dog stay in your house. It was perfect for us! It's located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. I spontaneously had to extend the stay, which wasn't a problem at all. Pris was so very kind, understanding and helpful in so many ways! We had a great connection and communication was direct. I am definitely staying in this house again when I come back to Jakarta!

Very worth the price! So close to lots of restaurants, easy to get to Jakarta central! The location was very perfect for me as I was able to visit a lot of malls and also enjoyed the long car rides there. The apartment itself is a studio! It's great for one person however when I had friends over it was difficult, it's quite small. So I wouldn't recommend bringing more than 3 people. The host is very responsive, the apartment is so clean, the laundromat and grocery store is very accessible downstairs and the pool on level 2 is great! You can also eat food with your friends on the second floor

I wanted to say thank you to Ms. Annette to have allowed me and my husband to be able to experience an amazing stay at her house this weekend. From the beginning, the communication is smooth and clear. House rules were explained well and nothing out of the ordinary. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by one of the friendliest and most helpful security. He was very helpful with our preparation for bbq pool themed birthday party. We have some friends over and they were all really enjoyed the house, especially the pool. The house has ample space and the layout is very convenience for the party. I would come back just to take a dive at this pool. The bedroom is amazing, amenities provided are suffice, all very well prepared. We had a really good night sleep, thanks to the AC for making the room super cold as we like it. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend very, very much and I can only thank Ms. Annette to make that possible. Hopefully I will come back soon and definitely will choose your house again.
