Nice location and We had a great stay and our hod Rosamund is responsive. Beach is in walking distance with great locale food options.

If you’re coming to Portsmouth this is the ONLY place to stay. It is absolutely outstanding and Stephen and Mibu are probably the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I will 100 percent be coming back to stay with them. The amenities including personal use spa and hot tub are just out of this world and the room itself was absolutely first class standard. Check in with a personal tour of the property and its amenities mean the hosts are next level. They are on hand for any questions or issues and are so nice and friendly. I give this place 100 stars

Wow! We’ve just come back from a two night stay and oh my god! It was amazing! The house is incredible and beautiful, added bonus of a large hot tub! The gardens are stunning. Fenella is the perfect host! So warm and welcoming. I was greeted at the gate when we arrived and she had messaged beforehand with directions to come into the property. Showed us around and showed us our STUNNING room. So clean and pretty. The bed so comfy too! Best night sleep in ages! Fresh towels and toiletries for us. She came down with a bottle of bubbly for us to enjoy In the hot tub. In the mornings she left a selection of toast and some jam for us. Kitchenette is fully equipped. She left some milk for us to enjoy a morning cuppa too! There’s lots of information leaflets in the lobby and a guide on eateries in the area too. What a beautiful property and what an incredible host. We will most certainly be returning very soon! So welcoming and helpful thank you so much for being so lovely we loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Very nice hotel, with great rooms with all the comforts in need. Great location and warm welcome, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again

The place is absolutely beautiful. A very very well run B&B. Everything’s laid out/explained, easy-to-read instructions for different things (wifi, local transport, small on-site bar & snack boxs etc). The breakfast is fantastic, rooms are incredibly clean (& modern) and overall a very well run establishment.

Was a lovely hotel. Walkable distance to the shops and near a road full of restaurants and bars. A lovely bar within the hotel and breakfast was included ! :)

It was a lovely place to stay and the perfect place for the Southampton marathon weekend!
