A hop skip and a jump away from Shawnigan Lake and the Kinsol Trestle, our 200sq ft cozy dwelling is located in a quiet neighborhood, with many hiking and mountain biking trails near by. The room has a double bed with a pull out couch and extra bedding if needed. Brought a bottle of wine? Pop it in the mini fridge! The coffee maker is ready for your peaceful morning. The place is newly remodelled, and is the perfect place for relaxing by the fire, taking a stroll to the beach, or playing a competitive game of ladder ball. The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach where you can take a swim in beautiful Shawnigan Lake, or go for a paddle board or kayak (available for use). Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. This is simply a gem in the woods.

Highland Hideaway is located in stunningl Shawnigan Lake, this lovely 1 bedroom suite is on an acre shared with the main house. Less than a km to one of Shawnigan Lake's many public beaches and approx a km to the quaint village. The suite is located in the lower part of our carriage house, the main house is beside. Inside you'll find a cozy space tastefully decorated with most everything you need. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
