Centrally located for easy commutes to all towns and even ocean beaches. Free bikes, surf boards, 3 stand up paddle boards and 2 canoes. Life vests for you and pets A large tick free, shaded, shaded dog run. The cabin is a separate sleeping space from the apartment and has a 2 person SAUNA recently installed. WIFI AC and heat but No bathroom!.

Outside, you can enjoy the breeze from the Riverfront Deck, Sun Bathe, Crab or Fish on the Lower Dock, watch the Eagles fly by, or wander about the wooded property. Bring or rent a Kayak and paddle down the river right to the Long Island Sound.

Well located Greenport 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Historic renovated private home with modern furnishings and updated appliances and finishings. Patio and yard with outdoor shower, fire pit, and yard. Central AC and heat. Properly licensed as a rental with Greenport Village and Suffolk County. I now add the airbnb fees and local and state taxes onto the listing. The home is designed with all modern conveniences and is located less than a 5 minute walk to Love Lane (Mattituck's charming downtown), Veteran's Beach (one of the best beaches on the Northfork) and the Mattituck train station. It is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that North Fork has to offer.

Welcome to our family-friendly oasis just two blocks from beautiful beaches! Our house offers an open space living area, an expansive yard, fire pits, and a basement with a playroom and workout area. Enjoy our quiet neighborhood. We provide kid-friendly toys, beach gear, bicycles, and more. Sleeps six, with additional options available for larger parties.
