It features a double bed with bedside cupboard, table ,luggage stand and wardrobe for your convenience ..You have your own private entrance and private ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Chestnut Lodge a cosy quirky unique space.

Nestled in a small village with a great pub and walks within 5 minutes. This unique place has a style all its own. It is made from recycled/reclaimed material's, bed side tables which are made out of suitcases, a handmade high bed with storage. The breakfast bar is a cast iron cutting table from an old printing press. There is a kitchen area made up of vintage drawers and doors, there is a small fridge, toaster, kettle but no oven. With French doors leading to a private courtyard garden.

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

Garden Huts B&B offer a unique place to stay for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the local area. Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf. 'Ouseside' Shepherds hut is luxury glamping with everything under one roof including a shower and loo! It has a fully equipped kitchen area with a two ring gas hob and small gas fridge. Breakfast is provided and Pets are welcome.

Welcome to our home! We love having people to stay and enjoy the local area :) Our cat Mowgli will stay with you! We are in a quiet street in Hove, a 5 minute walk from 7 dials area, 15 min walk from station and 20 minute walk into town and to the beach. Sorry but no parties, hens or stags. We dont accept any children under 12. We ask that the noise is quiet by 9pm. 8 guests max. I can provide parking permits for £10 each.

A relaxing and private 1 bed converted forge. The Old Forge is a recently renovated former blacksmith's forge. It has been thoughtfully and tastefully restored and now provides a spacious, warm and comfortable space. The Old Forge offers garden views, with a bright and airy feel to an an ancient building. It has it's own entrance.
