Holiday rentals with a patio in Shoreham-by-Sea

Stayed here for Brighton Marathon. Very clean, Tazeem was really responsive and helpful. Even included a list of recommendations in the flat for local places.

We had a fantastic stay at Ricky’s place. The location is perfect — just a short walk to shops and the beach, yet peacefully quiet at night, which made for great sleep. The kitchen was anything we needed and having access to laundry was a huge plus during our extended trip.

My friend and I spent three nights in this lovely apartment. It's located a bit outside the city, but still within a reasonable walking distance. For us, it was really nice to stay in a quiet area. The apartment is located below the owners' residence, which caused some noise. It didn’t bother us at all — in fact, we found it quite cozy — but it might be good for others to be aware of. There was a slight "basement" smell in the bedroom, but it went away with some airing out. It was a really lovely place, and we would love to come back. ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay - located close to the seafront and a nice walk into town. A clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and nicely furnished flat, we would like to stay again on our next trip to Worthing. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Judith‘s annexe. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette and convenient parking right outside the door. Judith’s a very attentive host. She greeted me in person and kindly accepted deliveries for me. Would definitely stay here again.

This place had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Brighton and it was also very clean. The BnB was in walking distance to the main shops but up a very big hill on the way back! Hosts were good at communicating and sent us clear instructions for our visit. Would stay again if we are in the area :)

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

The apartment was as described and in a great location. Very clean and well equipped. We were met by Vicky who was great and showed us the apartment and all the facilities. There’s local buses close by or it’s a good walk along the seafront into town, which we enjoyed. Lots of great pubs and restaurants. I would definitely recommend the apartment for a visit to Brighton.

Richard was a great host. Lovely place to stay, really clean and felt like home. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

We had an excellent stay at Jonathan's place in Petworth over a couple of nights for my wife's birthday. Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. Thank you very much!

Great location, not too far from the centre. Walkable or a quick taxi ride. Secluded quiet street either plenty to do in the area. Joanne was responsive and friendly and has a lovely place. Great place for a Brighton stay

This was a great little place. Very clean and well cared for. Loved the vibe in there - so cool but cosy too. Comfortable bed and great surroundings. We know Brighton as we have family there 🥰

Everything was incredibly easy to organise, property was very clean and comfortable in a beautiful surrounding area. Lots of walks, cafes and restaurants a few minutes away and very responsive host. Nice touches with snacks on arrival and milk, tea and coffee. Really appreciated the local recommendations from Alison and her husband.

We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Perfect location for a long weekend in Hove. 5 minute walk to the promenade and 10 minutes to local high street with shops / restaurants. Apartment exactly as described with lovely private garden that would be amazing to sit out in / BBQ when the weather cooperates. Private parking a real bonus . Joanne was very helpful,friendly and responsive. We had a great time and would be happy to do a repeat visit.

Absolutely nice flat we were very happy to find such a calm spot in middle of the busy neighbourhood. The flat was very clean and good equipped with a nice little courtyard to sit in the afternoon sun. Jess is very friendly and responded immediately to our questions. Would be happy to return!

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

We needed a temporary home for a month while we were in between places and Nicky’s was just the place! Well equipped, very spacious and comfortable bed - a perfect stay! Nicky helped with everything we needed and was so responsive. Was sparkling clean and we felt right at home and the outside patio is a real bonus! Would recommend

I would highly recommend Siobhan's place for a stay in Brighton. The apartment is in a brilliant location, minutes from Kemptown shops/cafes and less than a 20 min walk into the main centre of Brighton. The place is clean, spacious and has everything you'd need for a short stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Siobhan kept in regular contact and made everything as easy as possible.

Perfect location for the marathon. Great restaurants nearby. Lovely apartment with great facilities
