The house was beautiful, better than expected! It was very spacious with lovely high ceilings in all the rooms. the bedrooms were all large and delightfully decorated, as were the two sitting rooms. In fact the layout worked really well for our family group: master bedroom with en suite for us grandparents, first floor bedrooms for one couple and their two kids with shared bathroom and extra sitting area with TV, and the garden room -with an enormous bed!- and ensuite bathroom for the other couple. The pool was a very good size with comfortable loungers and the large table on the terrace was perfect for mealtimes. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were an enormous range of dishes and utensils! The various beaches we visited were all within easy reach and Mashpee Commons was only a short drive away with a range of restaurants and shops. Nicole was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time and the house exceeded our expectations!

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

We absolutely loved our stay!! This home, (compound actually with three separate homes) was so beautiful! So much room for our party of 8 adults to spread out and enjoy during our family reunion! The main house is stunning with fabulous views of the 10th fairway of the Ocean Course from the expansive family room and back decks. The kitchen of the home is very large, clean and well stocked. The three and half baths of this home are very clean and updated. The two smaller cottages of the compound are also comfortable, clean and give your group lots of privacy. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and get sun most of the day. This property is truly a gem! Highly recommend!!!

Michael is a great host with a phenomenal property. The house was clean, the amenities are great, the pool was warm (we were there at the end of September when highs were in the mid-60s), kitchen is well equipped, and the location is great. We were a group of 3 families - 6 adults and 5 kids - and the layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. Each floor has its own main bedroom, it's own bathroom, plus ample extra space for a crib, pack n play, mattress, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better setup. Unfortunately for our stay the weather didn't cooperate with nearly non-stop rain, but we still had fun in the house (great spaces for movie watching, games, and ping pong), at the nearby children's museum, the beach, and Mashpee commons. We'll be back for sure!!

Jonathan and Polina were outstanding host. Our family had a great vacation .Thanks for sharing your charming and historic home with us. Our grand kids loved the heated pool, and all the kids toys and books at the house. We felt at home and look forward to coming back in the future.

There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

Alesia was very accommodating and friendly, her place made us feel right at home. Beautiful views and a peaceful neighborhood made us truly Feel a great vibe from Nantucket. Would Highly recommend to other guests.

Ryan is an extremely attentive host, and Under the Sea was fantastic! Space was exactly as shown and met our needs perfectly. Bummed we had to cut our trip short, hope to return in summer. Thank you so much Ryan!

House is in a lovely family-friendly neighborhood just steps from the fishing pond and beach and walking distance to Poppanesset Resort and shops. House is a tidy rancher with spacious, bright kitchen (skylight and huge island with plenty of seating). Shared living area features two sitting areas, dining rolm table, large double fireplace (not used), and roomy deck and yards. Bedrooms are ideal for a family…primary with queen bed (en suite bath) and two secondaries with a pair of twin beds each (shared bath in hall). It’s pricey, but so is the neighborhood and location so close to the shore and amenities!

We are a group of fishing buddies that have been coming to Chappy for many years and rented lots of places and Elaine’s home is far and away the best. From the awesome outside shower, beautiful bedrooms, high end kitchen and appliances everything one could want has been thought of.

Leslie was a wonderful host! Her house was clean and in a great location that was easily accessible.

Our family of four (myself, wife, two kids - 8 and 12) had a great stay. Great location with an easy walk to town (just under a mile), or catch the bus stop less than a block away. One thing to note: some of the pictures make it look like it was a shared back yard; it no longer is. They installed a fence so it is now private with a hot tub and patio table. However, you will still hear the neighbors from the main house (ours were loud and obnoxious at times, but no fault of Heirloom).

Our stay at 260 Madaket Road was perfect. The house was walking distance to the shuttle to town. Short distance from the beach and the beautiful Nantucket sunsets. Michael was very responsive with our questions and was a great host. Would look to stay again next summer.

Taylor was an excellent host and very responsive, and the home is beautiful, clean and open. We had a full family reunion for three nights. The layout and multiple bedrooms and baths worked out perfectly for our group of 10 aged from 1 year to 60! Well-stocked kitchen, lovely fire place, wonderful bed linens and towels. Great playground down the street! Big new development, but very quiet and empty in the winter!

I booked this stay despite minimal reviews, and I'm so glad I did! We really enjoyed all the amenities this stay had to offer, especially that it slept my group of 10 comfortably and had a spacious grass/lawn area for games in the backyard. The resort and beach areas felt very private and safe, and we loved the indoor pool option as well. A fantastic option for large groups and I'm sure we'll be back!

Bruce was a great Host and we truly enjoyed our stage at his place. He was very helpful communicating prior and during our visit. He was flexible with check in and check out time because they didn't have another guest coming in after us. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend given the location close to the beach.

Fantastic home for a big family or a few couples! Outdoor shower, bikes, and plenty of games were great. Do bring your own bathroom amenities and disposable kitchen items (sponges, papertowels, etc!) Lovely home, would stay here over and over again.

We stayed at Wendys house for a month and found it very comfortable and relaxing for our small group. And when extended family visted on weekends there was plenty of room to spread out, barbecue and play in the yard. We appreciated the updated bathrooms, kitchen, tv situation and of course beach pass. All in a great Cotuit area. Thanks Wendy and family for being great hosts!

The house clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great neighborhood. Viktor was a gracious host! We plan to stay here again next time we come to cape cod.

This place is wonderful. Just like the pictures. My family of 6 had an amazing time at Keith’s place. So clean. Comfy beds. Fully , I mean fully stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need was in there. Beautiful out door space. Spent a lot of time on the hammock swings. So comfy. The cool radio player upstairs was so cool. He let us check in alittle early and check out alittle later , me and my family are not early risers. Did some crabbing off the dock just down the street. Beach was minutes away. So beautiful and relaxing. Not a lot of people, Best part. Shops near by. Everything we could have asked for. Thanks so much Keith. We will be back.

Very cute and cozy cottage. Decorated in a true Nantucket nautical theme. The home had everything that we needed to make for a pleasant stay. We were able to walk to town very easily and to Children’s Beach and Brant Point also. Hope to rent again someday!

Had a very nice time at Jills over Thanksgiving. The home was really nice especially the upstairs Master Suite, which was very large and nicely decorated. Jill has all the amenities you will ever need, and a very nice and well stocked kitchen. It was around a 10 minute walk to town, restaurants and a very nice walk at that. Would love to return next year. Thank you. Peter
