The ideal holiday for time travelers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first vacation homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you find the time for all things that are important to you. Looking out of the window you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, you can walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Welcome in our beautiful Villa. We rent one Room with a Bed for 2. Enjoy the garden and Swimmingpool (only heated in summer) after Sightseeing or Business. With the public transport it takes about 20 mins to Zurich HB or Zurich Airport (you have to change once). You will find details of public transport on the Homepage of SBB, the public transport organisation in Switzerland. They have also a great App for your phone. We rent another room for 2 persons (seperately ad).

For business trips we offer WiFi with 300Mbit, working space, parking and charging for your E-Car (at extra costs).

The place is easy. The house is quiet. The location is great. The bathroom can be used with others, including the toilet. An ancient stairwell. The pictures of the room are not necessarily the pictures that correspond to the room. The garden seat can be used, so the kitchen. The entrance is not at the purple door, where you are wrong, but where a showcase and a sign can be seen.
