Holiday rentals with a patio in Smyrna

Brianna’s place was perfect for our need to be close to Vanderbilt hospital for a family member’s surgery. We were really only there at night, but the place was very clean and comfortable.

The AirBnb Tori has is fantastic ; I 100% recommend you stay with her if you're given the chance. Zues & Zeek are really sweet dogs always happy to see us. Our Elektra loves the fenced in yard Tori has, and Tori went out of her way to help us if we ended up over staying a visit to my in-laws. There was even a way for us to spot clean if any paws got something muddy. All the appliances worked great and we felt right at home. Thanks Tori!

We enjoyed our girls weekend at this location. We arrived late and host was responsive and called us for assistance we needed. Home was clean and aesthetically pleasing. 10/10. I would book again.

Lovely stay that matched the property listing description. Parking was very easy the the location good to explore the city. Some noise from the train nearby but the accommodations themselves were good. A little trek to get things up and down the stairs, but check-in was easy, great clean bathroom with good water pressure, and kitchen facilities made for a nice stay. Wish the check-out time was a little later in the morning but 10am was okay.

Great place to stay and Nick was responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near broadway.

My stay in this condo was perfect while I attended a conference at the Music City Center. It was the ideal place to unwind after the long conference days and easy to get to nearby restaurants, and of course, Broadway. I would definitely stay here again, my 4 night stay was wonderful. The porch is great too!!

This weekend rental was all we could ask for- it was walkable distance to grocery store, easy uber ride to broadway, & spacious for a group of 10! We had a wonderful weekend.

Cozy home, stocked with everything we needed. Love how close it was to all the amenities, yet still in a quiet neighborhood that allowed for peaceful family time. We really appreciated the space being pet friendly and the large fenced in yard. Very responsive host. Would definitely recommend and book again.

We loved the classy, quiet community around the home, and fully enjoyed the gorgeous home! The walking path near the house was so nice! We hiked there quite a few times. Such a wonderful place. We are so thankful for everything and loved our vacation there!

We absolutely love this place. Shawna is great with communication and very helpful! Very clean house, lots of extras most rentals don’t have. One of our favorites! We will definitely be back!!

Beautifully decorated apartment in a good location. Easily took Lyft to broadway. Linda is a wonderful and accommodating host. Couldn’t ask for any better. Why pay almost double at hotels when you can have this beautiful apartment with a separate bedroom and full kitchen.

True embodiment of southern hospitality. Felt like royalty and so taken care of while staying here. David was very personable and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The space was luxurious. We were surprised how affordable it was for everything offered and being in a prime location. I will be coming back.

We had a great stay! Gleicy was easy to get in contact with and the space was very clean! The only things I’d note: parking is not included as I thought it was and the latch access is spotty depending on service. Fortunately, we were able to meet people in the elevators to help us before we lost service. Additionally, just look for the gold elevator on each floor and use that as your main entrance and exit when leaving or coming to the property.

Fantastic location, easy walk to Broadway and a few great bars even closer

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown and the football stadium. The place looked like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional linens. The hosts were very communicative and polite.

Great stay at nice comfortable condo. Bekah was very responsive and offered great suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. The location was great - easy walk or Uber to everywhere we wanted to go including Broadway, Germantown, etc. Plenty of free parking at the condo which is definitely a premium in downtown Nashville! I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.
