Holiday rentals with beach access in Soğucak

Stamatia was very helpful with entering the apartment, we were very pleased. The location of the house is very good, very close to shopping places, restaurants and beaches. There is everything necessary inside the house, clean and decorative, there is a large balcony with sea view. The balcony is very useful for breakfast and dinner, we felt very comfortableI in the flat. when we come to the island again, we would like to stay at this house and recommend it to other visitors.

We had a wonderful stay st Despina’s House. The position was perfect, with expansive views of the harbour and the hills around Vathi. Would certainly come again.

Vicky was super helpful from minute 1 and always responsive. She also gives great massages so make sure to book one with her. Vicky and her family make you feel right at home but you’ll still have all the peace and quiet that goes along with the beautiful location just a little bit outside Kokkari. Which we find perfect as we don’t like to be in the bustling city center. Thank you for a great time, Vicky!

We (family of 4) stayed in the apartment for 5 days. A wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy and exactly like the description. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything. Location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I recommend this place to everyone and will be happy to come back!

Hasan's house is very well located as described. Very close to the marina and a host of restaurants. We had a good time exploring the area. The market to get souvenirs is also at a walkable distance. Best thing is there is a BIM supermarket just in the next building, a fresh fruit and veg shop just a house away, and authentic Turkish eateries just around the corner. We reached the place bit late. But Hasan quickly came to receive us and also helped us find a spot to park the car as the ottopark was closed. He got us a parking spot at the ottopark next day early morning itself. We missed meeting Selin, but she was always helpful with her recommendations for tours etc. Its worth mentioning that Selin is a very respected, and in demand tour guide. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no trouble cooking our dinner and breakfast everyday. We did have an issue with the lift the night we checked in, and had to carry our luggage two floors, but Hasan got it resolved within a few hours.

We absolutely loved this place—I’d wager it’s one of the best views in Kusadasi, and it’s directly on the port/in the middle of all the best spots to visit. He gave us a great recommendation for the restaurant downstairs (Liman Rest.) and it was so good we ate there twice. Hüsnü was kind, friendly, the apartment was clean, and he offered a lot of extra help and support. Perfect for a couple and also if you have kids or 3-4 people (one main bedroom and two smaller beds in the other room). Highly recommend and we will be back if we’re ever in Kusadasi.

I really enjoyed my stay at Xenia’s place in Kokkari. Cozy, clean, comfortable. Hope to see you next year!

Especially the location was great. We could walk everywhere. A very peaceful and beautiful area. We received very quick responses to our questions and requests. A helpful host. We would definitely choose it again.

A beautiful traditional stone house - with everything you could ask for in Selçuk. Stylish cosy decor and the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Hosts incredibly welcoming. As a group of 4 we found it had everything we needed and beyond. We would all highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation (a home away from home) in this area. Merci beaucoup!!

Elefteria is a great host and very friendly. She has a supermarket under the house and you can find anything there. Definitely worth visiting again!

Ms. Selda is a very positive, well-intentioned and helpful host. Very helpful from the moment we reached out. When we got home, everything was as stated. There was nothing that wasn't working or missing. Many details were considered for the comfort of guests. We felt like we were in a nearby home. Operated shutters, powerful air conditioning, and fans allow you to sleep comfortably even during the day. Kitchen utensils, white goods are new and useful. The neighbors are friendly and gracious people. The house is beachfront and in a tranquil neighborhood. The garden is quite spacious. There are many trees in the remaining part of the garden. While the children are playing on the lawn, you can sip your coffee in the gazebo and watch the sea. Perfect for family with kids. We had a pleasant, peaceful holiday with my family.

The location of the house was very good. It was very clean. The house had most of what you could need. There was a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that could be converted into a bed. (The sofa in the living room is sufficient for a short vacation but will not be used for a long time.) We had no problems communicating with the host Ioannis. He was very kind. If you are going to stay in Pythagorion, this house will make you happy. Thanks again.

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie. Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

We were very comfortable in this lovely spacious apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things, air conditioners in every room, very clean. It was quiet and at the same time close to the beach. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Dimitri's apartment was perfect for us! It is large, nicely furnished and above all very well equipped and very clean and tidy. The location is also very good, you can walk to the nearest beach or the city center in 15 minutes. Communication went very smoothly. For this price, our expectations were completely exceeded. We felt very comfortable.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The apartment was fantastic, exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was present, and more. The apartment is located in the middle of lively Kokkari, but you are not bothered by noise because of the beautiful location. Hadi was a fantastic host, very welcoming, and gave us good tips on restaurants. The adopted cat Tiger was also a cozy extra while we sat on our terrace. We definitely recommend Hadi's apartment!!

We stayed 12 nights, we alternated days away from home and days at the beach in front of the house. The weather on the beach , including umbrellas and sun loungers at guests' disposal (without having to pay them) was very relaxing, the sea for a couple of days is not great because of the current probably because of the electricity but the other days it was very clean!! There are even fish as soon as you enter the water, the house is cleaned every 2 days with a change of sheets and towels. In the convenience store area and pitagorion neighborhood 5 minutes by car, where you have a choice of restaurants. It's nice to walk outside the sea adjacent to the house. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. Recommended, to go back.

The family is super sweet and welcoming. They cared very much that we had a great stay and we felt at home in their company.
