Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room there is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. On both, 2 people can comfortably sleep. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there you can drive to the city center in about 10 minutes. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station, which is open 24 hours, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment GAU.GLÜCK:) on the outskirts of Gaukönigshofen, right on the Mühlbachweiher, is almost in the center of the EU, 20 km south of Würzburg, in the middle of the Ochsenfurter Gau. The apartment, newly renovated with a lot of passion in 2021, is located on the first floor and can accommodate 5 people. If necessary, we provide a children's travel cot, a high chair is available. Reading material for all ages and board games for the whole family provide good entertainment.

Stay in a medieval tower in the old town of Iphofen. Ideal for guests looking for peace and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine village of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. The property is accessed via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for disabled or heavily drunk persons. Better drink the last glass of wine upstairs! Many sights or excursion destinations in and around Rothenburg can be found in the information folder that is available in our apartment. At the moment there is a construction site behind the house, so there may be construction noise. The construction site is expected to end in the fall of 2023.

Beautiful 16th century apartment

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes walk from the riverside with bathing bay.
