We had a wonderful night here. Vincent met us at the accommodation for our arrival. We arrived in the evening and he still made sure he was there to show us around which we really appreciated. The hosts communicated really quickly and we're extremely friendly. We'd love to stay here again, we were so sad we only had one night there. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos and description is accurate, if anything it was even better in person. It was so nice having our own private space but not too far out from the centre at the same time. We had to leave late the next day and they allowed us to leave our luggage at their home which was extremely kind and we were very grateful for. I would highly recommend staying here and I would also love to come back!

I paid for the open special, so it was really good value for money. The host booked restaurants, tourist attractions, and single buses that are difficult to book. I had a really good rest. All the adults in the 30-70s were satisfied. The paid breakfast service is also friendly and delicious. The third floor of the house sub-dong was noisy due to the sound of construction. The other rooms were no problem. I'm impressed and leave because they take care of all the situations of the trip delicately. I loved the first impression of Vietnam ^ ^

Zung's house is full of amenities. I love the jacuzzi because it's where I relax during New Year's days

We chose this place to stay together with our family while visiting Da Nang. The place itself is nice, clean, and is in central location that is walkable to any local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. Binh is a great host, very responsive, and thoroughly shows us around the house when we arrived. 2 things that I’d love to see improvements: 1. Door lock system: the way the door is set to lock is odd, not a problem, but it would be easier if it can be a smart lock. 2. The lights for the plants: the switch to turn off this light was covered as they do not want to allow guests to turn them on/off. They have the automatic system, but if I decided to go sleep early, I had a hard time looking for the switch. Overall a great experience, and would definite stay again.

Looks 100% the same as the picture shows. Located in a quiet lane, very easy to find out. Few steps walking to the bridge with many local foods. The host also recomend some nice restaurants and coffe shops for us. btw, breakfast taste good too.

Everything was awsm, we stayed there for 2days. We loved it. Rooms, kitchen, washrooms, dinning area everything was perfect.

The accommodation was located in the middle of My Khe Beach and the Han River, so it was easy to access major attractions. There are good massage shops and delicious restaurants nearby. The accommodation is a modern building with a small pool, and each room has a bathroom and terrace, making it even more satisfying. Check-in was easy to get in using double locks with dial and electronic locks. Olivia responded quickly every time and allowed us to check in quickly considering our arrival time. My group and I were very satisfied with the accommodation.

We really loved our stay here! The room is big, clean with great water pressure in the shower. I work remote and the wifi was flawless. The place is well located, a quick walk to the beach with food, drink and shops all along the way. The family is extremely generous and quick to respond. We hope to come back again!
