You can also enjoy from the pool area to the side of the villa our covered BBQ area which can be secured if needed for small children not to pass to enter the pool area unsupervised. Ayia thekla area will provide you a very relaxed holiday feeling whilst still being close enough to the famous resort of Ayia Napa and its stunning beaches, bars and restaurants.

Ideal for a quiet holiday near the lively holiday spot of Ayia Napa at a 8min drive. 1 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to one of the best beaches in the med , Nissi Beach. The waterpark , Waterworld is just 3 min drive away. Local supermarket/bar/restaurant at a 7 min walk. Busstop at the end of the road. There are some tradional villages in the surrounding areas with local tavernas. Quiet neighbourhood

Our villa is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa itself offers a private heated pool (April - Nov), comfortable beds , fast fibre broadband and plenty of space to unwind outside and enjoy our warmer climate. The location is walking distance to the rustic unspoilt beaches of Ayia Thekla and the pretty river location, Potamos. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ayia Napa (Landa, Nissi etc.) are just a 10 minute drive away, a great spot to get out and explore Cyprus from!

It is air-conditioned throughout, with a swimming pool, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, large and airy living spaces, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, pool terrace and breakfast patio at the back. The pool is heated in the winter and a pool cover provides safety for children.
