We are a mother-daughter duo from Cyprus looking forward to hosting you in a fully equipped 2 BR 2 BATH condo. Located in Paralimni and near Ayia Napa, our clean and modern space features two shared pools, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Netflix. Ayia thekla area will provide you a very relaxed holiday feeling whilst still being close enough to the famous resort of Ayia Napa and its stunning beaches, bars and restaurants.

The villa itself offers a private heated pool (April - Nov), comfortable beds , fast fibre broadband and plenty of space to unwind outside and enjoy our warmer climate. The location is walking distance to the rustic unspoilt beaches of Ayia Thekla and the pretty river location, Potamos. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ayia Napa (Landa, Nissi etc.) are just a 10 minute drive away, a great spot to get out and explore Cyprus from!
