This lakefront cabin is freshly remodeled in 2013, and includes all the amenities! Warm colors, dog friendly, plenty of parking, great for a summer getaway with the crew, or a winter getaway with the family. Room to beach or anchor a boat, and if the lake is frozen, perfect location to wake right up and head out on the ice to fish. Kayaks available for use! Bedrooms sleep 2 people each, and there is a loveseat and couch in the living room. Two cots also available to sleep additional people.

This home is ideal for large groups. For hunters, your dogs can sleep in the heated garage or porch area, we have lots of room for them to run in an empty lot across the street, heated bird cleaning station with sink in the garage, unlimited ice so you'll never have to buy any, freezer to freeze your birds, a large hot tub to jump in after a long day of hunting or to git yer bones limbered up in the morning, 2 large fridges and 2 smaller in the loft and gaming areas, fast wifi, 4 flat screens.

Internet speeds fast enough to “work from anywhere”, or turn off your devices to make your great escape. Queen bed in the main BR and futon in the living room; a great spot for a family getaway. Fully-loaded kitchen, and enormous breakfast bar for the whole spread and relax after a day on the water. Being on the water will keep you cool on a summer day, but don’t miss the cabin sunset!

Walking distance to the golf course, boat ramp, convenience stores, restaurants and nightlife. There is a 32’ x 65’ concrete driveway that provides plenty of room for parking , boats or even campers. It has a large pass through lower level garage living space with bar that’s great on the nice days but also provides a good indoor escape for those pesky rain days. Also, there is a dock on the property for any of your recreational needs. Includes fire pit, grills & blackstone griddle.

Lake Madison Cabin

We love our vacation cabin on Lake Madison, just 45 minutes from Sioux Falls. We hope you will too. The wi-fi is good, the living room has a smart tv you can log into and stream. There is direct lake access and over 100 feet of shoreline. Full kitchen with most utensils. Full bath. Laundry. Yard with rainbow playset. We have a four person maximum, if circumstances call for more you may request but not guaranteed. Sorry, no pets.
