Roomy Penthouse in Entertainment and Conference District

To be very clear, this is a different category of Penthouse than anything else you might see listed in Halifax. At 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, large dining room, large lounging area and at 3800 square feet this is the biggest and most luxurious apartment you will find. This truly is the perfect downtown location. With this luxury comes responsibility there is zero tolerance for noise so no parties. More picture to come! Downtown Bachelor Apt with parking.

You’ll love my place because the location is downtown and minutes to all Halifax has to offer-including the waterfront, the Convention Centre 11 min, parks, library, culture, restaurants, shopping, theatre and cinemas and pubs. The property offers a shared driveway. Halifax's premiere shopping district at Spring Garden Road is 5 minutes away. Many fine restaurants and two grocery stores are a five minute walk each. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Welcome!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the west end of Halifax. Apartment is located in a two unit house on a quiet residential street. Excellent central location, close to the vibrant North end of Halifax, close to downtown Halifax, and easy access to the highway and public transportation. Close to Halifax shopping center, the west end mall. Plenty of on street parking and guests can park a vehicle in our driveway on the premises when the winter parking ban is in effect.
