Perfect villa for those who love tranquility, 292 steps from the house enjoys a wonderful view of the sea and the village. Large outdoor bathtub with jacuzzi, solarium garden, patio equipped with table and barbecue. The house is equipped with air conditioning ,wifi and towels for the sea. Beach with private descent where you will find deck chairs and umbrella equipped with amenities and shower. It is about 500 meters from the pedestrian path that will take you to the center of Positano.

Romantic House in Peschici

As you can see in the photos there are two wooden houses close to each other! so there is the possibility if you both rent to have neighbors, within the structure there are also other apartments and we live too and my family is like a small residence! comfortable wooden cottage ideal for couples, an ideal destination for spending holidays in PESCHICI. I advise guests to be self-driven because we are 1,5km from the center of Peschici and 2km the beach of the village!

Eco-friendly, bright, Nordic style cabin.

The cabin is located in the center of over a hectare of land in the fully fenced-in Aspromonte National Park, dedicated to orchard. Melito PS Beach is a 40 mins drive. You can take long walks, hiking trails with local guides, you can relax on rocking and hammocks under beautiful cherry trees, apples and centuries-old chestnut trees. Two kilometers away is a good restaurant with genuine products and great prices. No internet, just you and the starry sky.

"Grandma Olga's cottage" offers pleasant stays full of relaxation and privacy. Recently renovated structure, it is built on two floors connected internally by a stone staircase. On the ground floor there is a full kitchen, a living area with sofa/bed and the bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower space. Upstairs the bedroom. The cottage offers air conditioning, TV and WI-FI and equipped garden space. Perfect chalet for your relaxation!

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is common, but very large, you can safely park the car. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. Tourist centers, lakes, and trails are just minutes away by car.

It is an entirely wooden house, consisting of a veranda , living room-kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower, completely immersed in a lush and restful nature, among fruit trees, olive trees, oaks. The heating during the cold periods is given by a wood stove and possibly electric stoves, in the bathroom there is a wall fan. Pets are not allowed because there are already cats and dogs and possible wildlife.
