Loft holiday rentals in South Italy

This was one of the best and most memorable places I stayed in during my Airbnb travel. The place is beautiful, super clean , in excellent location . Anna Maria is a lovely host treating you with some goodies from her farm, and helpful in ALL the matters. You will enjoy it !!!

We absolutely loved our stay - it’s in the most amazing part of Rome, not touristy at all, with loads of amazing restaurants and bars on the doorstep and within walking distance of all the sights. The loft was stunning and we felt instantly at home. Comms beforehand were exceptional with loads of recommendations and even arranging our transfers for us. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 teenage kids. Would definitely recommend!

A great spacious loft right in the heart of Trastevere! The table in the small and well-equipped kitchen tells you many great locations for foodies and you are right in the exciting hustle and bustle of the district when you leave the apartment. The well insulated windows screen the noise very well on weekends and the bed was very comfortable and well suited for 2 people! Alessandro made check-in incredibly easy for us and responds immediately to inquiries! Great! Glad to come back 😊

We had a great stay at Marisa’s accommodation! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having access to the small garden,it was a lovely spot to relax with a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very well connected to central Rome with easy access to public transport. Marisa was a wonderful host,super friendly and helpful. She took the time to meet us in person, showed us around the place, and gave us plenty of useful tips about public transport, local restaurants, shops, and food spots. Her warm welcome made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again!

Super cool, eclectic, amazingly peaceful apartment in the heart of Rome by the Piazza Navona. Walking distance from all the main sights and with loads of great restaurants, bars and small supermarket nearby. Something to note is that the bedrooms are up steep steps and as we were travelling with my elderly Mum this could have been a problem but Marco immediately noted this and kindly provided us with more bedding so my Mum could sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. Marco was always quick to respond and really helpful and friendly when we checked in. We loved our stay, thank you Mr Bufalo! 🐃

We had a great stay, the place had everything you need and more. The breakfast was a nice touch. You can walk to the center easily. As all appartment in Italy, if you're a light sleeper I'd suggest earplugs. The bed was excelent.

We enjoyed the stay! The apartment was super nice and exactly as described. The location is perfect – right by the Central Station and still in a quiet area. Chiara was always easily accessible and very helpful. The early check-in also went smoothly. Overall a very enjoyable stay – we would come back anytime!

I had such a wonderful stay at Daria’s apartment in Rome! From the moment I arrived, her uncle Giorgio welcomed me with incredible warmth and kindness – it honestly felt like visiting family. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, spotlessly clean, super cozy, and the terrace is an absolute dream. What really blew me away, though, were the little touches: the fridge was already stocked with cold drinks for basically my whole stay, there were more than enough coffee capsules, and everything was just set up to make you feel completely at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – would absolutely come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and quiet architectural setting. Highly recommended!

This “palace” in Korcula is truly worth the expense. It is literally in the middle of the old town, located in a silent street, in a very old building with a courtyard. Everything is nearby and hosts help you carry the luggage in the few minutes walk from the ferry. We were greeted with home-made grappa and limoncello. The house is very large, both bedrooms, looking identical, are large and comfortable. All the information, from taxis to guidebooks, are available. If we went there again, no doubt we would stay in the same place.

Everything was great. Serena and Simone were very helpful and responded quickly. They also sent us a very useful guide with some good recommendations. We would be happy to visit again in the future!

We loved this apartment! It was perfect size for two adults and included all the necessary amenities. It had a nice terrace to enjoy with good weather. The location is perfect, just a very short walk to the Spanish Steps and down the hill from Villa Borghese. If you like to shop, there are plenty of stores nearby, from luxury & designer brands to everyday offerings. There are plenty of quality restaurants as well. Erida was very responsive to our questions and provided lots of recommendations.

The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Trastevere, surrounded by charming streets and great food, and even though it’s a lively area, the apartment is tucked away on a quiet street. The place itself was clean, cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment was a clean and beautiful place. The building is in the heart of the Old Town and is where you want to be. Everything is easily accessible by foot, from eating to drinking to exploring. The check-in was easy, and the host was responsive to all questions throughout my stay. The bed is comfortable, and there is minimal noise despite the foot traffic on the streets. I recommend this Airbnb if you want a memorable stay in Dubrovnik.

Enrico is a wonderful host, he goes an extra mile to make sure that his guests are comfortable and cared for. He helped us get familiar with the place and made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great time staying at his place thanks to his incredible hospitality

Great location, walking distance to the Basilica and near many restaurants.

We had an adventure with Valerio. He was supposed to receive us one evening when his place suffered water damage, and soon took control of things by calling hotels to find us a room. It was late and yet he was able to assist us. In addition, in a very good and clean area. Really very satisfied with this host. Thank you very much

We left a piece of our heart there... Andrea's house is an independent, spacious, air-conditioned and well-kept studio a stone's throw from the sea (with a magnificent terrace from which you can admire the beautiful sunsets that only Salento offers and a really comfortable outdoor shower when returning from the sea), it is equipped with everything you need to spend a perfect vacation. Andrea and his wife Vittoria are very kind hosts, discreet and always ready to solve any inconvenience that may arise... a greeting and a kiss to their beautiful daughters, two pearls of Salento... with the hope of being able to see them again in a year... Highly recommended!!!

Quiet apartment within walking distance of the center, a little dark for my tastes but in the value for money absolutely unbeatable

we stayed 2 nights, cozy cottage with all the comforts described, Mr. Gianni and his wife are exquisite, kind and cordial people, they also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delightful porch from which to admire the view. Super recommended loft, we will definitely be back!

Very nice accommodation, very close to the sea. Massimo is very responsive, when we arrived we didn't have enough to eat(just arrived in Sicily at the end of the day) . Her son made us pizza.
