This stylish, newly completed villa is perfect for a couple or a small family. The lake is the eighth cleanest in Finland, and every window of the villa shows the lake. Two separate bedrooms and two toilets. The sun shines on the deck all day, and in the evening you enjoy the sunset. An indoor sauna in winter and summer with a beach sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, espresso machine, etc. The space has geothermal heat and underfloor heating. The fireplace oven is also in the building.

Private cottage by a lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin with a private beach. The cabin is recently renovated and offers comfortable stay for up to 8 people. This nearly hundred years old log building breathes history and simplicity, but has been updated to suit the needs of a comfort lover, including wifi, dishwasher and an AC. The property is very private with no neighbours in sight. You'll enjoy wood heated sauna, a big deck over deep waters and a shallow sand beach for the little ones.

Enjoyable 2-bedroom Villa with Indoor Fireplace

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Beautiful home on the shores of Malonen-Saimaa. The place is very quiet and the lake has a good opportunity to see the Saimaa ringed seal. The ringed seal lives in the surrounding area. The lake has good fishing opportunities. In sunny weather, the sun shines all day. The village shop is about 4 km away and the distance to the center of Sulkava is about 24 km.
