Holiday rentals with a patio in South Savo

The lake is just around the corner. We had a wonderful winter day walking on the ice. In the summer, it appears to have a nice beach.

Cozy, clean, and very peaceful apartment. You can get a car right in front of the front door, it's easy to move your luggage. A neighbor's kitty greeted a traveler from the windowsill behind the kitchen window in the morning 🙂

Rami is a great host . There was nothing missing. clean , great communication, close to the train station and shop. recommended!

A fully functional apartment in the centre of Savonlinna, great view from both living room and bedroom. It locates within walkable distance to main supermarkets, tourist attractions, train station (don't follow Google map, it showed on my phone up to 1.2 km from the train station but actual distance is only around 750m), swimming pool/spots and library. Suitable for both long and short-term stay and for a family of up to 4 or 5. Anything you need or may think of for a kitchen can be found there. Clear and comprehensive instruction given by the owner. I will give even 10 stars if Airbnb allows me to. Defenitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I can't say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was definitely the cute sauna house, which provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. The private entrance to the lake was another fantastic feature, offering serene and beautiful views right at our doorstep and a memorable experience of swimming in the lake after the Sauna. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.

We stayed at Paula's for 6 people, the house is spacious, comfortable and very well cared for, because it's a family home. It's super clean and has everything you need to cook. Paula was very kind, she welcomed us personally, showed us the house and gave us directions to the surroundings. There are two beaches very close, where you can swim and with a nice view. We had a great time and recommend this house.

Amazing place. Much prettier than the pictures. Clean and tidy, functional kitchen with all that is required. Lots of forest cows around, patriot, amazing fisherman, everything was superb !!! Amazing communication with the host, answering any questions and issues in real time. Thank you so much

Very nice accommodation. We enjoyed our time at the cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is lots of space. The lake is very near and it is not far to the town center. Definitely recoomendet.

Absolutely brilliant property. Very peaceful, beautiful and pleasant villa in the midst of great nature.

We had a very happy time at Sandra's house. Everything was new, tidy and clean. We feel like in our own home. The house, its garden and setting were beautiful, the view from the windows was beautiful, like an artistic photo. We were 3 people and our daughter slept very well on a mattress we put in the living room. In the nearby small town of Hankasalmi there are supermarkets with everything you might need, and with a nice beach and walk in the lake. The town of Jyväskylä has about 140000 inhabitants and is about a 45 minute drive. Sandra and her family have been very kind, all the time due to what we might need. They have prepared their barrel sauna for us every day and it has been a very pleasant experience, with bathing in the river. We have also used their standup paddle boards to navigate the river. In short, we believe that Sandra's place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend some quiet days in a lovely environment.

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful and peaceful yard. The host was there to open the door and told us about the history of the place. A lovely surprise was also the local Karelian pies. Communication worked well - there was no need to wait for a response. Great location. A group of three had their own bedroom for each. Big recommendation for people looking for an atmospheric stay!
