A perfect escape from the crowds. This newly built cabin nestles in the Purbeck countryside in the grounds of a Victorian cottage. Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

Our reviews say it all! We have been welcoming guests to Avon Farm since 2016. This is one of four beautifully hand crafted, bespoke shepherds huts by the renowned Greendown Shepherds hut. New for 2021 and comes with your own private, screened hot tub, fire pit, BBQ stand (just bring your own disposable BBQ) and log burner in the hut. The hut also has heating, shower room, gas hob and microwave. Set on a 230 acre farm, along the river Avon, with plenty of pubs within walking distance.

Lower marlpits Farm campsite is newly opened in 2022 and is set on our 50 acre working farm on the outskirts of Honiton in the Blackdown hills AONB. We have 4 glamping units along with tent pitches. Blue bell tent is set in our pretty little paddock with its stunning views. Its surrounded by nature and sounds from our farm below. Also in the paddock we have Lavender lodge our shepherds hut. These can be rented as separate units or together as a combo that sleeps 6.

Ash - delightful 1 bed shepherd hut with fire pit

Ash is a hut with a view. On a clear day you can see for over 50 miles. Come and relax on our 66 acre traditional farm - Higher Roddon Farm, and get away from it all. Our hut has a proper flushing loo, a hot shower, comfy double bed, wood burner and fully equipped kitchen with kettle, gas hobs and fridge. On the deck you will find deckchairs, fire pit and grill and a double hammock where you can while away the hours looking at the sky and the stars.
