There are 21 total steps to the guest suite with no elevator. There is an outdoor deck with chairs overlooking the golf course. The property is set beside a golf course on the outskirts of Charleston, west of the Ashley River. A variety of dining and shopping is a short drive away.

Open the yellow front door and enter a living room/kitchen combination that's got everything you need to relax comfortably after a long day riding the streetcar, strolling through Audubon Park and eating poboys and crawfish at Frankie & Johnny's. The cheery bathroom has subway tiles on the wall and penny rounds on the floor. Two giant oak trees in front of the house provide a leafy green canopy for most of the year. You have your own completely private apartment and your own balcony.
