Super easy check in process, all the amenities and space was as described. Kitchen had all the things needed to cook meals at the house, and plenty of rooms and bedding for our 6 year old to try a different bed and bedroom every night! Easy access to the beach as well. Although not in Galveston proper, the ferry is both free and comes frequently and makes for a little fun adventure if excursions to Moody Gardens or other spots desired.

The kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very conveniently located, with lots of restaurants and eateries around. Ideal location with TONS to do!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming pre-Civil War home! It was warm and cozy, the perfect retreat for an icy, snowy weekend. The location is great—the city center with its restaurants and shops are couple minutes away by foot, and there's a supermarket just across the street. There was some traffic noise during the day, but it got reasonably quiet at night, so it was no issue. The house itself is full of character—nothing is quite square, plumb, or level, but that only adds to its charm! If you appreciate historic homes with a unique feel, this is a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend! The host was incredibly accommodating, offering an early check-in without us even asking. They also proactively offered a late checkout or even an extra night due to the heavy snowfall, though in the end the roads were clear and we could leave as planned.

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

We really enjoyed our stay with large family. Lodge had plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved all the animals coming right up to the porch. Ethan the ranch hand was amazing.

I’m going to recommend this place to everyone. What a history this place has!! Beautiful inside & out. Spacious grounds for a nice walk. Close to Thurmont & Cunningham state park.

Lucky’s place was wonderful! The house was clean and extremely well equipped w/ everything we could possibly need from extra pool toys and lots of books to kayaks and bicycles. The beds were comfortable and the neighbors were also friendly. All situated in a cute and quiet neighborhood that was very convenient to beautiful beaches and the boat launch to kayak. We will absolutely be back when we’re in Venice next time and Thank you, Lucky, for an amazing girls weekend full of rest, relaxation & wonderful memories all made easier by such a well equipped and clean home!

We stayed for 3 days for kids spring break to travel down to the different Keys and eventually hit Key West. We were on the 3rd floor unit. The space was very clean. Kitchen had everything you need to make a basic meal. Small balcony to overlook the waterfront. There were little toys for the kids to play. There’s a communal storage room that had all sorts of goodies: life jackets, fishing rods, electric scooter, ice maker. We didn’t have time to use the bikes and kayaks. The kids enjoyed the pool. Noodles were provided as well. The neighborhood was nice. There’s a seafood market/eatery across the street. One small thing but it didn’t affect our stay as much: the lights kept flickering. It was a cozy stay overall and I would definitely come back!

It was the perfect place to stay to visit our brand-new granddaughter. We could walk to our son's house. The cottage was perfect and I loved the pool area. We enjoyed going to the beach each morning with our coffee and taking a swim. We would love to rent it again for future family gatherings.

Everything was great! We got timely responses and she even shipped my fiancées hat free of charge to us! Overall a great experience!

We spent one month at Andrea's home in Florida. Loved the layout of the place. Large open living space in living, dining and kitchen. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. The caretaker for the house lived close by and was very efficient and easy going. Would stay there again!

My daughter insists Cornelia's place is the best Airbnb we've stayed at! She has high standards and we have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs. As someone else said, Cornelia anticipates what you need before you do. It's the only Airbnb we've stayed at who had real half-n-half in the fridge when we arrived! She offers multiple coffee-making options and I really enjoyed the coffee pour-over situation! Because of our stay, we are looking at a towel warmer for ourselves. I feel like we owe her for the snacks too! It really was perfect for our time at TIEC and so close. We will return!

Such a cute little place on the water. This place gave me old Florida vibes which I loved! There was a moving dolphin lamp in the living room that I actually had as a teenager in my bedroom growing up, which was very nostalgic for me lol. The beds were comfortable and living area was relaxing after a long day on the water. There is a pullout bed under the daybed which was perfect for my 2 children. We took the kayaks out to the springs which was fun! This is a simple and quiet place. The back patio was also very nice. The host messaged me in the morning that the home was ready for our arrival. Overall, it was a great stay, I would absolutely recommend.

My friends and I had a great stay! Quiet, clean, and not far from downtown Lancaster and many other things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend.

We travel with service dogs & it is rare to find a place to allows dogs and is so well cared for. Samantha also decorated for Christmas, which is why we were there … to visit with family for the holidays. What a thoughtful host. Even the way the home is set up was done with ‘guests’ in mind. We look forward to staying there again!

Great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Next door bar is loud so bring ear plugs. Would stay here again

So great to stay at Vanesa's place. This Airbnb has everything you could need or want. Centrally located, exceptional value for the money, and very good description and reviews. Of all the places I looked up she had the best price of all the rest and the it definitely is a prime spot. Brand new facilities, ammenities, and excellent value. Very responsive and helpful. 15-20min to the parks with rush hour traffic. If you need a spot to be close to Disney this is it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It’s a super quiet, friendly, slow pace, and safe community with lots to do! Our kids absolutely LOVED the bikes and electric scooter the hosts provide. We spent each morning and evening riding paths, boardwalks, watching sunrises and sunsets. The golf cart is an absolute MUST in this community and we are so grateful this home came with one! The hosts provide everything you would need for the beach and the home is fully stocked with everything you need! There was a small issue with the community app you need for the pool access but it worked out in the end. A huge plus was the hosts let us check in super early on the day of arrival which was so helpful! We would absolutely stay in this home again if we return to Port St Joe!

Made lots of great memories with our family during our stormy mini vacay. Home is very cozy and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Note if you have small kids, you do have to cross the busy road and there are no sidewalks. But it is an easy quick walk to the ocean! Rosalie was very responsive and helpful!

Everything was excellent! Especially the host's attention, she is ready to help, she responds quickly. It is close to Disney parks, supermarket, restaurants, gas station.
