Although I didn’t meet Rachel, I did meet her husband Adrian. What a great bloke! This house has everything you need and more! Pool table, darts board, karaoke machine, jacuzzi, small pool and even flashing lights! Ady was super responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. Absolutely beautiful home - rooms and outside space was so much bigger than we expected! We stayed for a hen party, and the space was exactly what we needed. Host responded very quickly and even popped in when we needed some extra bits. Pool was a lovely touch, easy to use and warm enough for a late dip even on a cold April evening! Thank you!

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

Delanie couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived to an amazing welcome hamper and balloons for my sister in laws 30th. The house was lovely. The bar and pool area were just wow!! We spent the whole day by the the pool Saturday. It was lovely and warm and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

We had a great stay! Lindsay has thought of everything you could possibly need and has the house exceptionally clean. The photos looked great but in person this house is absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back! Our furbaby Duncan also loved the treats and all of the little dog friendly touches. Thank you for a lovely stay!

zeny could not have been more helpful for our group. we had children and adults staying together and she made sure the kids had snacks, plenty of water and there was breakfast for all. we would stay again if we travel down to Liverpool again as it was a great place to stay 🙂

Carl's place is great! Exactly what we needed, it's comfortable, clean and in a great location. Just as it looks on the pictures. Ideally located for the zoo and a short drive to the promenade. We will definitely stay again!

An absolute gem of a property! Spacious, modern, extremely clean and tidy. Excellent facilities, easy parking and close to town centre. Host was an excellent communicator, sharing clear instructions as to how to get in and subsequently leave the house. This is one of the best Air BnB’s I have stayed at and would highly recommended to any families to stay in. I will definitely be back. Dean Coady OBE

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

We had a fabulous time, really happy with our stay. The house was lovely, immaculate condition but cozy and we felt right at home. Alan was very helpful and always responsive. We were slightly disappointed we were only staying for one night, will definitely stay again!

We’ve had a wonderful time staying at Adam’s property. It was so good our children didn’t want to leave. The perfect stay for a family, with all the facilities required. Great stay at Riversleigh, everything we needed and more! Hosts were very responsive, friendly and flexible. Would absolutely book a stay with them again. Entry and exit was a breeze. House was well equipped with everything needed for our stay, we didn’t use but house also has a packable crib and high chair for anyone travelling with small children. Location is great, close to Lytham St Anne’s, motorways and not far from Blackpool but far enough to be much more quiet and in an idyllic setting. Several options for food within walking distance. Closest supermarket under 10 mins car drive away. If travelling for BAE, house is as close as you can get.

14 of us stayed for my hen do and we had the best time! The pictures don’t do the house justice, it was perfect, spotless & had everything we could’ve needed. Communication was great, even responding to my bridesmaids when they were planning surprises or earlier check in. The beds were comfy, everyone slept well and there was so much space! It was a perfect location to travel into Liverpool for a night out and an easy walk to Crosby beach. There’s also shops & bars in walking distance. The area was peaceful with lots of parking spaces. I need to find another excuse to be able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. Holly was a great host and everything from check in to leaving was super smooth. The place is in amazing condition and was spotless on arrival - looking forward to staying again!

The house is as good as you see in the pictures, with service to match. Very comfortable and cosy place to base yourself for St Annes which is all within walking distance, or for Lytham, Blackpool and the surrounding areas which are all within easy reach. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, great TV with streaming, means you can also have a home from home experience. There is a lack or clarity on the security deposit needed, but that is an issue more for Airbnb.

We had a fantastic stay with our friends and family, everyone was spotless clean and the house is a dream. I have never stayed in such a beautiful, stylish, warm and classy place. Ros is an absolutely fantastic host, very welcoming and happy to support. I appreciate so much your quick responses especially during holiday season. The fireplace and hot tub are the cherry on the cake, makes the whole atmosphere so warm. I would 100% recommend this place, it’s even more nicer in reality.
