Family-friendly holiday rentals in Southport

The place is beautiful and its exactly as described and the Hosts Susan and Neil were friendly and they got everything ready by the time we've got there. We had a great time at their Getaway. The Place was squeaky clean and it was welcoming peace and quite. The instructions guide provided by the hosts listed out everything we could do in the area and it made our stay stress free. The Hot Tub was ready for us and we enjoyed the night stay gazing at the stars and in the morning it was peaceful and quite; could hear the birds chirping. We also got to meet the Horses which elevated our experience staying at this place. We will definitely recommend this place and will soon be coming back in Summer.Great Hosts and Amazing Hospitality.

It was the perfect place for our family to gather. There was lots of space and facilities both in the house and in the garden. Everyone enjoyed the games room and the hot tub ( even in chilly weather). We felt lucky to be there.

Spacious, great amenities, close to the Wintergarden and beach. clean and quiet. There are steep steps to get inside and the shoer/tub is high. Not a problem for us but would be if you have mobility issues.

Stayed at this beautiful house for my best friends hen party and it was fantastic, the views are stunning (especially the sunset!) the property has lovely interior and the hot tub is a great addition. The communication from the hosts was quick and responsive. The only downside is the music system, this currently wasn’t working which we were looking forward too, so it was a good job we had speakers, however there are TV’s in most rooms so not the end of the world! Great place for family, host is very friendly…We enjoyed our 2 days stay, very peaceful and lovely jacuzzi. If you want a great time then this is defo the place.

Fabulous little cottage in the garden, just what we wanted. Julie was a wonderful hostess, made us feel very welcome, basic necessaties all there on arrival even fresh flowers. Already recommended to friends and family.

Great apartment Easy to get out and about (walk, train, car) - though there is a BIG hill back Lots to do Had a great stay Apartment excellently equipped for all our needs with plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 dogs and a baby. Lovely welcome hamper and stocked fridge - very much appreciated And a bathroom stocked with a multitude of toiletries Neil very friendly - and we loved the VERY subtle nod to his work near the front door!! 😊

Elaine’s property is perfect. She has definitely gone the extra mile to make sure everything you could possibly need is there for your use. The property is in a very quiet location but within easy walking distance of Poulton centre with plenty of off road parking. I strongly recommend Elaine’s property.

carol was lovely and very welcoming. she left us a welcome parcel with bread.. milk.. biscuits and cereal. all cleaning items available in a cupboard. loo rolls.. shampoo.. and soap in the bathroom. fresh bedding on the bed.. and it was lovely and warm for our arrival. our puppy loved the enclosed garden and the jar of treats left on the side for her. we will definitely be returning later in the year. Brilliant location, communication and beautiful flat.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Well appointed flat, cosy and easy to find. Corinne was proactive in providing check in details and making sure all was OK. The fresh milk and tea coffee were much appreciated on arrival due to December weather. Great transport links into the city by bus or train. The nearby Mersey waterside is impressive and only a short walk away. Would definitely return.

Calm environment in an area that’s tucked out of the way but still close to everything we needed

A lovely and very comfortable little barn with great hosts. Excellent communication and flexibility: We booked on the day of arrival and Kim very quickly replied offering us early arrival should we wish. Very highly recommended.

Amazing, quirky, new meets old, vintage apartment in a perfect lication to the train station and all that Liverpool has to offer. Close to shops, amazing cafes, pubs and restaurants and museums. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. The host Miranda couldnt have been more helpful

This was one of the best stays we have had. Jean was the perfect host, went out of her way to make our stay special and the location could not have been better. It felt like we were staying in a family members home as it was just cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and though the bathroom was in the bedroom it was not a problem ever. We were hardly there but it was lovely to know we were safe and comfortable when we were there. The space is small but you don’t notice, and the beach was gorgeous we got lucky and had amazing weather. Highly recommend Notarinni ice cream just off the South Pier. We will definitely be back. We had a fantastic stay at The Fenns in Neston! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Karen is a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was perfect for our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfectly stress-free visit. The location is peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently situated for exploring the surrounding area. Whether we were taking a stroll through the charming village or heading out to nearby attractions, The Fenns was the perfect home base. Karen’s hospitality truly made our stay special. We highly recommend The Fenns to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable getaway in Neston. We’d love to return in the future!

We celebrated a 60th birthday and the house was perfect for all the family to get together. Plenty of space downstairs and a fabulous kitchen. The garden area was great and our dog loved it although we didn't make use of the bbq or pizzza oven. We all enjoyed the extensive shared space with tennis court, football nets and play area . Sue communicated well. The big challenge was finding the entrance but a phone call solved the problem and we were back in the right area. A relaxing weekend with everything we needed on site. Thank you!

Julie's place was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen had everything required for making meals or anything else. Julie was extremely proactive and the next time I am working in the area I will definitely look to book here again.

Had a great stay and Wayne was fabulous. Only a mile walk to the north pier. We were let down last minute so tried to find somewhere quickly. Messaged Wayne to say we were already on our way and he had the apartment ready for us. Fantastic host. Will defo stay there again. Big thanks to Wayne and Eva from coral and John. 👍

Lovely little cottage, with beautiful surroundings and offering a picturesque quiet retreat. Being a family of 4 and currently going through a lengthy house move, we were in need of a nice temporary accommodation to help tie us through the Easter holidays. Orchard House was the perfect getaway, offering a home away from home for me and my family. The cottage itself was lovely, offering plenty of space, lovely furnishings, great facilities and was nice and tidy upon arrival. The grounds themselves are absolutely stunning, with picturesque views over countryside and farm animals on your door step to keep the kids entertained. We couldn’t have been more happy with the 2 weeks we spent at Orchard House, and both Colette and Chris were always on hand to help with anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely be back again and can highly recommend for those wanting a nice little retreat
