Had a lovely stay a great host very responsive, clean and tidy cottage , exactly what we expected and had hoped for , for a quiet and cosy weekend break. Couldn’t ask for more.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

We had a perfect weekend break accommodation as described 👌. Joanna left homemade brownies that lasted all of 5 mins 😁 milk, eggs, yoghurts, vase of flowers, cream, and cookies all made the first impression Perfect. We walked throughout the large grounds used the jacuzzi, games room with toilet which had sky tv on a large screen pool table tennis table football and ice hockey game, lots of seating to watch. Very quiet and secluded area 20 25 mins from beccles local pub unfortunately we did not use. Farm shop on site with local fresh produce and everything thing you might need if you have forgotten anything. At night no light contamination so on a clear night we could see a sky full of stars planets etc. Overall perfect place Perfect accommodations and perfect guest 👌 A1.

I booked this as a Christmas gift for my parents and they really enjoyed it. I didn’t realise I’d actually stayed here myself last year aswel and both mine and my parents visit was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed. There was never no problems and any questions before hand was always answered very promptly. Lovely place and great host Thank you

We had a brilliant stay for my dad’s 60th birthday. My parents were greeted by the friendly and helpful farmer which made us feel welcome. The place was very well equipped, it was perfect, highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The highlight has to be the fabulous hot tub, what a treat. Also getting to meet the cows and helping feed them, my grandson loved that. The kitchen was well stocked with utencils and equipment, we managed to make a Christmas dinner with the full works. Whilst there we had a meal at the local pub and used a farm shop. We also visited a beach less than 40 minutes away. My kids loved the piano and had an awsome game of hide and seek, theres some great hiding spaces! Thank you Emma for being so understanding about the extra Christmas rubbish we created.

One of the best Air B&B’s we have visited!! We have had 3 wonderful days staying in this delightful cottage, spotlessly clean, beautiful linen and towels, tastefully furnished with absolutely everything you need to hand. Literally ‘home from home’ ! Thoughtful ‘welcome bottle of Prosecco’ was very appreciated!! The hot tub is lush, clean and well maintained, as with the garden and all the comfy patio furniture, with fabulous views over the fields and very private!! Tony and Rhoda were really helpful even before booking, giving lots of info on where to visit and eat. Their ‘manual’ is superb and helped us plan our days out. The electric bikes are a fantastic idea, we had a lot of fun on them and cycled around Bramford, Somersham and into Claydon for some smashing pub lunches! Lots of beautiful countryside to explore!! Although the hosts live next door the cottage is fully screened, set away from their house and Tony and Rhoda are only on hand ‘if required’. We will definitely return !!

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location with a pretty self contained garden. The cottage has everything you could need and is very comfortably furnished. A very relaxing place to space. Excellent communication from Liz providing all the information we needed and very welcoming. Thank you.

We recently spent two nights at Chloe’s cottage. It was a very spacious cottage in a very rural, tranquil location. We particularly enjoyed the south facing garden in the afternoon. The logburner made things very cosy in the evenings. We will certainly book again when we return to this part of the country in a couple of years time. Thank you for a very enjoyable break.

The holiday home "Poets Corner" is perfect for a stay in the region. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with many loving details. Kenninghall is a charming place. Everything you need is there, a grocery store, a pub and a cafe. You can also go for a walk, for example to the zoo in Banham. The neighbors are very friendly. Many thanks to Marie for this lovely stay and the friendly conversation. We are now back home in Germany and will remember the beautiful Easter holiday.

Such a gorgeous little seaside cottage. Had everything you need and in such a great location. Very short walk to beach and all the shops & pubs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Em was so informative and helpful. 5*! Xxx

What a fantastic stay. Caryn is a great host. Very responsive to messages, helpful advice regarding the area and really friendly. The cottage is a great location for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. The village is lovely with a decent local pub and shop. New Buckenham is a easy walk down a quiet lane and footpaths for more excellent pubs etc. There are tonnes of walks nearby. The cottage itself is wonderfully homely and really clean. It's really quiet, and if you have a dog, the dog walking area is a couple of minutes away. The cottage really good equipped. The welcome pack is a lovely additional. I really can't recommend Caryn's cottage enough. It really felt home for home. Thank you Caryn.

Well what can we say, perfect location/very very clean and tidy. Loads of lovely touches to make us welcome, it was better than a hotel. Loads to do locally and just short drives out to all the sort after locations you may needs. Make sure you go to Mrs T’s fish & chip shop in Southwold on the beach it’s a must. Everything was perfect and Kerry & Adam are lovely, what a stunning part of the world they live in. They even supplied some milk/fresh eggs/crisps/biscuits, towels/linen were scrumptious oh and the beds extremely comfortable. Basically your mad if you don’t book here👍 Matt/Zara & boys thank you again x

I stayed at jens whilst working locally. It’s situated in a beautiful part of Suffolk,extremely quiet and peaceful.the accommodation was as described giving a real homely feel.i can’t fault the service I received at all and would gladly stay there again.highly recommended.

Fab cottage perfect location for exploring the area . Great gastronomy pub 2 minutes walk . Lovely friendly village great parking facilities outside the property or allocated parking. We would definitely be booking again in fact I have booked for my parents.

We stayed in oak cottage and loved every second - we have 3 city kids who ran around the garden / play area / anywhere they could the entire time! We enjoyed the outdoor bath after our days out (Jimmy’s farm & southwold pier) and the bbq and fire. Pizzas were fantastic, even our very fussy 7 year old approved. We hope to come back when our youngest is older so he can experience the memories made here too

We had a very nice three nights stay at smithy cottage which is in an ideal rural location near to Norwich and the Broads. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Tanya is an excellent host and provided a welcome pack of wine, a range of nibles, cereals, eggs and milk.

Beautiful surroundings, loved being around all the nature, felt very private and tranquil. Would definitely recommend it to friends in the future and would stay here again when visiting Norwich

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location: opposite the pub and just down from the community run village shop. The cottage was beautifully clean and had everything we needed, and more! As mentioned in other reviews, a couple of the doorways are quite low and I bumped my head a few times - I'm 5' 10". If you're of a certain age and need to visit the bathroom during the night, you may like to know that it's downstairs! It was my wife's first visit to the Broads and we'll definitely be coming back soon!

We had a very relaxing 4 night stay here. A peaceful location with friendly hosts. Brookes cottage was a great base for exploring the area. A comfy bed and good shower and a lovely garden to relax in after a day out.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.
