Beachfront holiday rentals in Split

Dziękujemy za udany pobyt, super lokalizacja blisko plaży i centrum Splitu, mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe i jest w nim wszystko co potrzebne. Dodatkowym atutem był czynny 7 dni w tygodniu sklep spożywczy w tym samym bloku i apteka. Polecamy.

We enjoyed our 8-day stay in Split a lot. The apartment has a very beautiful sea view. Everything is exactly described. They have a equipped kitchen that allow us to cook a lot during our stay. The AC & heater worked well, though they can be a bit noisy when running. Just something to keep in mind, but it wasn't an issue for us. The location is fantastic - super convenient, just a few steps to the seaside, with many supermarkets nearby. It's also close to the city centre, making it a great place to stay!

Spacious apartment including everything you need. It’s was great we had a parking space because we really needed this. It is close to the beach 5 min walk and 15-20 min walk to the old town which is lovely to see and where the markets/ferries are. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. Pero was happy to assist when needed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet. Split is a great city with lots to do and many nice restaurants. Would have loved to stay longer.

Devo dire impeccabile. Nonostante il pochissimo preavviso per il nostro soggiorno, l’host e’ stato chiarissimo in tutto. L’appartamento era perfetto in tutto. Incredibile l’accoglienza ricevuta con un welcome pack dalmata d’eccezione. Grazie e complimenti

Un GRAND MERCI à Joško, c'est la deuxième fois que je loue son appartement et c'est toujours aussi bien. Joško est toujours disponible pour nous aider et pro actif avec de super conseils pour sortir en ville et trouver de bons restaurants. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé et le centre ville est tout proche. J'ai énormément apprécié mon sejour et je reviendrai prochainement. Bonne continuation et à bientôt

We really enjoyed our stay in Daniela’s house in split. The apartment was as described. Daniela was always quick to respond and helped us when needed.

Easy walking access to the pier, old town and Vrh Marjana, which are the three main draws of Split. Quiet and peaceful street. The apartment is very modern, neat and clean. Tanja was very responsive and helpful in terms of check-in, check-out and any specific questions that we had. Extremely solid value for money AirBnB!

What a beautiful place to stay! The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable and the pool is perfect. The view is incredible and the location was perfect for us, just a very short walk to a fabulous beach with crystal clear sea. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly too. There are two historic towns to visit by boat so no car needed. The children gave it 5 stars too, we would definitely return.

petite maison sympathique et la piscine très bien. Tous le nécessaire de toilettes, cuisine et linge de maison été inclut. Kristian le fils est très réactif et très aimable. La maison se situe à côté d'une rivière. Commerce a proximité.

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

Vi var fire afsted og det passede perfekt med hver vores soveværelse og tilhørende badeværelse. Værterne har gode anbefalinger og er super hjælpsomme hvis der skulle mangle noget. Vi spiste lokal aftensmad med dem en aften, det var rigtig hyggeligt. Der er indkøb tæt på, også i gå afstand, det går dig lidt op/ned af bakke, så det er ikke for alle at gå. Vi anbefaler en bil så det er muligt at komme rundt. Vi brugte dog også Uber og det fungerede perfekt. Det er muligt at gå længere op ad vejen - et godt stykke - og nyde udsigten. For enden af vejen ligger stranden og der er en café der servere god kaffe (de har mad om sommeren). Hvis man følger stien langs stranden, til højre, kommer endnu en café og et stykke længere henne, en virkelig god restaurant. Kan bestemt anbefale stedet.

We had a great stay. Marije had a great welcome for us, with refreshments and also shared really useful tips for our holiday. The apartments were very clean, modern and quiet, with hot tub, along with a lovely pool (pool shared but quiet). The apartment really had everything we needed. Also, very convenient to local shop (2 mins) and the beach is a short walk with many nice local restaurants nearby. Split is 15 minutes in taxi, which was great. We were happy to be in Podstrana, which is quieter. We had a wonderful holiday!

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

Our stay at Elena’s Airbnb in Split was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect: just a few minutes away from the train station and with easy access to the center of Split, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Elena was an exceptional host from the very beginning. Always attentive, warm, and ready to help with anything we needed. She also kindly allowed us to store our luggage on the day we had to leave, which was a detail we appreciated so much. The room was spotless, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. In short, we would recommend this place without hesitation. Elena’s hospitality and the unbeatable location made our visit to Split an unforgettable experience. We hope to return someday!

o apartamento fica em um semi porão, mas apesar de apenas ter janela na sala, era limpo, sem umidade e contava com uma boa área externa privativa na entrada. Lean foi muito simpática e atenciosa e correu tudo bem durante nossa estadia. O estaciomento fica bem ao lado do apartamento, sendo bastante cômodo. A localização é boa também, apenas uma caminhada tranquila de alguns minutos até o centro.

Nette Lage, schöne Aussicht. Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber insgesamt war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Grand Appartement surtout que nous étions que 2 personnes propre et bien équipé (lave vaisselle lave linge…) climatisé et calme . Il a une grande terrasse calme et couverte avec vue sur la mer + stationnement. Le bus pour aller à Split est à 100 mètres ainsi que les commerces et surtout la plage 🏖️ 👌👌 je recommande

I’ve been to Croatia countless times, and stayed all over the country along the coast. This place is perfect for families with little kids who want to avoid the long walk to the beach. A few stairs down and you’re at the beach. You have to be careful of the main road above and never let the kids outside without your supervision depending on age but overall the location and the place is perfect. Hard to find places like this that are available. Stipe is a great host and always helpful when needed

great place to stay and relax. you won't get any closer to the sea if you tried. would highly recommend.

Très joli appartement moderne et propre. Situé près d'une plage, ce qui doit être très agréable en plein été. La route à proximité ne m'a personnellement pas du tout dérangée pour dormir. Ante a été un hôte très réactif et disponible, merci beaucoup !

Beautiful view from the balcony. A nice clean place. But a lot of stairs!

Bruno hat sich im Vorfeld schon um alles gekümmert. Privater Transfer vom Flughafen war top. Wurde vom Bruder empfangen, der mir alles vor Ort gezeigt hat. Unterkunft war gemütlich, alles vorhanden und sauber. Alles ist in der Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Strand/Meer quasi vor der Türe. Tonlage. Gerne wieder.
