Family-friendly holiday rentals in Split

Thank you Pava for a great stay! It was exactly as described. In particular the best bits are how close it is to shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean and tidy, easy to check in. Lovely walks around the park, to beaches and viewpoints, all with easy reach. Close to the airport which Pava had arranged a transfer for us. Pava was always contactable to recommend places to visit and answer questions. I would defiantly book here again!!

Ivana and Mario’s place was just perfect! We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the balcony and hot tub at the end of the day. We did have a car, so close enough to all of Split’s activities. The hosts were always available and responsive to questions and our needs. Thanks you!

Great place to stay thank you

Unfortunately, we were only able to spend a few days here with my family, we had a great time. Comfortable and spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, large balcony! The only problem was the hot water a few times. The sea view is incredible, it was wonderful! We want to go back!

The house was very clean and tidy and all toiletries were available.

Location was awesome! Very convenient to everything. The apartment was very clean, exactly like the pictures. Highly recommend!

Marina is a very sweet and helpful woman! She can also tell you a lot about Split and the surrounding area. We enjoyed her beautiful, luxurious and neat penthouse. Everything has been thought of and everything is there. We recommend everyone to stay here

Great place, very welcoming host and great proximity near everything

Jordana’s studio apartment is right in the heart of Old Town, with everything on the doorstep. Very convenient to cafes, restaurants, bars & shops, plus just a short stroll to the waterfront. The apartment is small and cosy, with kitchen and laundry facilities. Jordana was a great communicator, check in was easy, and she helped organise an airport transfer for me. Great little place, very conveniently located.

Wonderful place Mirjana has in the heart of Split! Very quick walk from the ferry, closer bus stops and easy access to Uber. Walkable from the palace and restaurants / bars nearby. Mirjana was very kind and so easy to get in communication with! She provided INCREDIBLE recommendations for just about everywhere in the area (restaurants, bars, coffee stops, bakeries, breakfast places, etc.). Would highly recommend this place for your stay in Split

had a lovely relaxing stay in Sandra apartment, everything we needed at our finger tips. Sandra was very helpful with any requests or questions we had. apartment is very central to everything in split. close to shops and restaurants etc. very happy with our stay and would return if back in split , thank you Sandra

We were 4 adult couples and spent the days over New Year's Eve here. The house and garden are great, everything is available, many glasses, lots of dishes, even very large pots, pans, etc. The host always responded immediately. We were very satisfied and will be happy to come back

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Such a gem! We had an amazing time thanks to the hosts Stripe and Silvija, who were incredibly friendly, responsive and welcoming! Spacious and absolutely new house, everything is well-planned, organised and fully equipped. Getting to the city centre by taxi was never a problem. Best Airbnb experience we ever had!

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

The perfect break for our baby’s first trip abroad. The best hosts we have ever encountered on Airbnb, lovely people who make you feel very special and go above and beyond. The house and pool is even better than the photos, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the local area but also benefiting from peace and quiet as the location is secluded. Would definitely recommend.

This exceeded our expectations. The house is much larger than the pictures show with lots of room for our toddler to walk around and explore. The garden is just perfect with the pizza oven, bbq and swimming pool. It was all really clean and Dominik even provided us with bottles of drinks, some beer and loads of snacks for our arrival which was well received when we got there! Dominik also helped me with various questions including bus routes. The house is an easy bus ride into the old town taking about 10 minutes if you jump on the right one and is a 5 minute walk from the house. A convenience store a few minutes from the house is ideal for any bits you might need. We enjoyed our 6 nights here alot!

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!
