Spacious apartment including everything you need. It’s was great we had a parking space because we really needed this. It is close to the beach 5 min walk and 15-20 min walk to the old town which is lovely to see and where the markets/ferries are. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. Pero was happy to assist when needed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet. Split is a great city with lots to do and many nice restaurants. Would have loved to stay longer.

I have to say impeccable. Despite the very short notice for our stay, the host was very clear in everything. The apartment was perfect in everything. Incredible welcome received with an exceptional Dalmatian welcome pack. Thanks and congratulations.

We stayed at Juraj's apartment for 5 nights at the end of Sept. His apartment is beautiful, practical and we loved the location. The apartment itself was light, airy, stylishly furnished and spacious. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and had some good basics like salt, sugar, herbs, tea bags etc. The bathroom was lovely, nice shower, etc. The flat had a couple of airers which we found really useful for drying swimwear. location: The apartment is really convenient for the ferry port and a major bus stop. It was near great facilities, a nice bakery, market and supermarket. it is a quiet neighborhood, but near the old town. And had a nice beach nearby.

Easy walking access to the pier, old town and Vrh Marjana, which are the three main draws of Split. Quiet and peaceful street. The apartment is very modern, neat and clean. Tanja was very responsive and helpful in terms of check-in, check-out and any specific questions that we had. Extremely solid value for money AirBnB!

Perfect space & location. Exactly as described. Easy check in/out with near by hotel staff. Nice to have free public parking in front of apartment.

We were two families renting Daniela and Ivan's house in October 2024. We were very happy with our stay and can't boast enough of both space, home and hosting. the house is large, conveniently decorated and has all amenities. The pool area is clean and very child friendly. In addition, the host has arranged the house and the stay very good for us as visitors, examples of this are that the house has plenty of bath towels (we were 8 people, and always had available bath towels), the grill has all the necessary accessories such as charcoal, tin chips, etc., basic items such as oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, etc. were all in place in the house. The accommodation is located in a very quiet area with walking distance to 4-5 restaurants, 3-4 shops and not least a very good bakery. If you want and travel to Split, one can easily take bus no. 37 (€9 for 4 adults+4children) alternative taxi (€50). So summarized, we had a great holiday, in quiet surroundings, with everything we needed in a great house in a fantastic area. Recommended

What a beautiful place to stay! The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable and the pool is perfect. The view is incredible and the location was perfect for us, just a very short walk to a fabulous beach with crystal clear sea. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly too. There are two historic towns to visit by boat so no car needed. The children gave it 5 stars too, we would definitely return.

There were four of us and it was a perfect fit with each of our bedroom and attached bathroom. The hosts have great recommendations and are super helpful if anything is missing. We had local dinner with them one night, it was really cozy. There is shopping close by, also within walking distance, it goes you a little up/down the hill, so it's not for everyone to walk. We recommend a car so it is possible to get around. However, we also used Uber and it worked perfectly. It is possible to walk further up the road - a good distance - and enjoy the view. At the end of the road is the beach and there is a cafe that serves good coffee (they have food in the summer). If you follow the path along the beach, to the right, another cafe and a bit further comes her, a really good restaurant. Can definitely recommend the place.

Short stay in Split with two kids - the apartment was perfect for our needs! Fully equipped kitchen, short walk to the beach and the bus station, which takes you directly down-town, and of course the pool for a short swim in the afternoon. Paola helped ous with all of our questions and was an amazing host! 100% recommended!

We had a great stay. Marije had a great welcome for us, with refreshments and also shared really useful tips for our holiday. The apartments were very clean, modern and quiet, with hot tub, along with a lovely pool (pool shared but quiet). The apartment really had everything we needed. Also, very convenient to local shop (2 mins) and the beach is a short walk with many nice local restaurants nearby. Split is 15 minutes in taxi, which was great. We were happy to be in Podstrana, which is quieter. We had a wonderful holiday!

We really enjoyed our time at Daliborka’s place! She was very friendly and responsive, and gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat locally. The apartment was extremely clean and came with lots of amenities which were very helpful as we did not have to buy much over the few days we stayed there. The views of the sea are very pretty and it’s in a peaceful location. There was quite a bit of construction in the area and you do need to get Uber into central Split Overall would definitely recommend this place

Staying at Villa Bella Split was exceptional. The hosts are truly amazing —thoughtful, generous, and attentive in every way. It felt like they had thought of everything to make our stay effortless and memorable. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Every room is perfectly designed, stylish yet cozy, and filled with little details that make it feel like a real home. The pool was an absolute highlight, so clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it so easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time together. One of our favorite things was having lunch on the terrace, soaking up the views and enjoying the fresh air—it became a treasured part of our days. This was more than just a vacation rental; it was a true home away from home. Thank you to the hosts for everything you did to make our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back to Villa Bella Split. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a magical place to stay!

I’ve been to Croatia countless times, and stayed all over the country along the coast. This place is perfect for families with little kids who want to avoid the long walk to the beach. A few stairs down and you’re at the beach. You have to be careful of the main road above and never let the kids outside without your supervision depending on age but overall the location and the place is perfect. Hard to find places like this that are available. Stipe is a great host and always helpful when needed

Very nice modern and clean apartment. Located near a beach, which must be very nice in the middle of summer. The road nearby didn't personally bother me at all to sleep. Ante was a very responsive and available host, thank you so much!

Beautiful view from the balcony. A nice clean place. But a lot of stairs!

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

This was the perfect spot for our 10 day visit . The beach is at the bottom of a flight of steps and the bus stop to Split is literally across the road. Got a little lost finding it in an Uber but the hosts came and found us ! They were very friendly and always there to help if we needed it . Highly recommend for beach and city break.
