Holiday rentals with a balcony in Split-Dalmatia County

The host was very helpful and kind. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, it is very good that the accommodation has its own protected parking space. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, we had a great time. The accommodation agency is cumbersome to communicate and we've received conflicting information. On the information sheet, more information was misrepresented: check-in between 16-18, but as it turns out, we could have gone from 2pm. According to the information sheet, the listing doesn't have a hair dryer and towels, but there were both.

The place was very nice and clean. It was all as described, and looked just like the photos. Kitchen was fully equipped, and there were fresh towels for everyone. Communication was a bit difficult as the owner didn't really speak English or German, but he was really very friendly and accommodating. The beach was within walking distance, only to the old town where the restaurants, bars and the bakery are located, the walk takes about 20 to 30 minutes. It's best to have bikes or the like with you.

We did not stay until the end because there were few activities in the surroundings. Incredibly kind and friendly host. Beautiful places. For the search for calm it's ideal! 👌

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was very clean, despite several parties you always had your peace by the pool. The hostess was very helpful and always available. The value for money was therefore very good. I would come back any time!

3 of us stayed for 7 nights, quiet area and exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. The Garden Reaort in Tisno is a 12 min drive from the property (60hrk in an Uber). There is a supermarket 900m away which is most of the way to Tribunj harbour, where you will find a number of restaurants. Everywhere we ate in this area was good quality and a bargain, but our favourite restaurant was Tratinska Bar & Grill, literally every dish we had off of the menu was superb! Vodice Harbour about 15 mins in a car and offers a change and a whole host of restaurants. The property Swimming Pool is a good size and was regularly maintained during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

This unit was super clean, had a great view and a fully equipped kitchen, and was close to restaurants. We loved it.

Beautiful place, beautiful location, just beautiful. Host met us and provided welcoming drinks, pretty apartment with everything we needed, parking was easy, local restaurants and groceries nearby. Highly recommend!

Great owners. Superfriendly. Good english. The outdoor kitchen was perfect if you want to eat at home. Nothing to complain about!

We had a wonderful time! The spacious terrace is amazing, a small beach is 1min away perfect for a quick swim and more quiet and relaxing spaces are a bit further away but reachable under 15min. The rooms are great and all have an AC. The owner was unbelievably friendly and even gave us a ride to the grocery store when our cars haven’t arrived yet due to a traffic jam. All in all 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We had a nice week in the house. The house is in a great location to make excursions to the Krka National Park, to Sibenik, Split, etc., but you definitely need a car for it. The house offers all for a comfortable stay. The reception by Anka was very friendly and she was always available for questions. We recommend the place for a vacation.

We had a wonderful break at this lovely spacious villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The hosts could not be more helpful and hospitable. They made us feel right at home - getting the mix of being at hand whilst giving us our privacy to a ‘T’. A simple taxi ride away from the beautiful cities of Split and Trogir. And easy to explore the lovely Kastela villages Would recommend this villa to others.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful villa in Imotski, Croatia. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, always available whenever we needed anything. The villa was perfect for a family getaway, with a lovely pool, plenty of deck chairs for relaxing, and well-maintained gardens, complete with a tennis table for some fun family games. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep, and the TV system was excellent, keeping us entertained during our downtime. The BBQ area was a fantastic spot for outdoor meals, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and laid-back, making it a perfect place to unwind. Imotski is a charming, friendly town, and there are plenty of streams and scenic walks nearby, which were great for the kids to explore. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend this villa for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable break!
