Holiday rentals with a balcony in Croatia

We felt very comfortable and did a lot in the area! An excellent starting point! Warm welcome and everything you needed.

The best accomodation ever. The apartment is comfortable , spacious with all the necessary amenities. The host is very accomodating and flexible regarding arrival time. Excellent recomodations for sightseeing and restaurant selection. The surrounding is very peacful and pleasant. Accomodation is to be desired. I hope to come again. I had great stay, flat is right at main promenade, bar at sea is 50 m away, beach 200 m, its private, a lot of space, everything is close, would recommend!

the beach with dogs is about 5 minutes away, there are few people, it is quiet, it was perfect for recharging. The town of Rab is 20 minutes away, we loved being here.

I would recommend Vedrana and her nice place to everyone, great value for money, clean, she is super nice and very responsive, I will definitely come back!

3 of us stayed for 7 nights, quiet area and exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. The Garden Reaort in Tisno is a 12 min drive from the property (60hrk in an Uber). There is a supermarket 900m away which is most of the way to Tribunj harbour, where you will find a number of restaurants. Everywhere we ate in this area was good quality and a bargain, but our favourite restaurant was Tratinska Bar & Grill, literally every dish we had off of the menu was superb! Vodice Harbour about 15 mins in a car and offers a change and a whole host of restaurants. The property Swimming Pool is a good size and was regularly maintained during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Great location great views. Only down side being English was I couldn’t find English tea literally anywhere So definitely bring your own. The place was perfect. Toaster is actually a toastie maker just so you know. Would definitely come back

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of this peaceful little paradise. Waking up in front of the sea is an incredible luxury. The sound of the waves falls asleep. A paradise on earth The apartment was extremely clean We can't wait to come back

Everything perfect, very nice apartment - completely clean and tastefully decorated. All newly made and no unnecessary nipples. The pool is super nice and located directly opposite the apartment (you have to go across the "street side", but the street is almost only a small path at the end of a dead end street). Helena (the landlady) is super nice and accommodating, she made everything possible. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Beautiful place, beautiful location, just beautiful. Host met us and provided welcoming drinks, pretty apartment with everything we needed, parking was easy, local restaurants and groceries nearby. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here. A peaceful location. Very spacious house, very clean and comfortable with lovely pool. The garage was good to have too. Great location for easily getting to lots of different places and also a really easy short distance to the airport. There are a couple of shops in the local village handy for getting food. Kristina was a lovely host, very welcoming and available for any questions. Would be really happy to stay here again :-)

We were here at the beginning of September with a total of 7 adults, 4 children between 1.5 and 5 years and a baby. The house, the outdoor area and the complete equipment are at a very high level, everything is in a very good condition, works and is very clean. Internet/Wifi is very good with a large cover even on the outside. Everything is there to accommodate even larger groups. We used the barbecue and the covered dining area outside almost daily. It is the ideal house if you don't want to leave for a day or another or the other or just take a smaller hike at the doorstep. The road up to the house is thoroughly tarred and is also no problem with a camper. You have a magnificent view over the sea and it is very quiet up there. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a little too early and even got a welcome drink:-) We can highly recommend the house especially for large families or for groups of friends.
