Tom and Gail were so great to communicate with. Always responsive & down to earth! Their home was spotless and had lovely view of Lake Hauser. We especially loved the restaurant Embers that is in walking distance. We highly recommend the “Mountain Goat”pizza! Best wood fire pizza around! We will definitely stay there again. We will be back!

Super clean as pictures and Jerry and Natasha was great host to respond promptly and kind to allow flexible check in. It was a great stay enjoying hot tub in snowy days.

What a great stay. Our host went out of their way to help us check in earlier than planned—great communication. The place was shiny clean, the beds were comfortable and we loved the natural wood paneling and modern feel. It’s close to good, casual restaurants and coffee shops, in a fun, walkable neighborhood.

Words can’t describe how beautiful this place is and the surroundings area are breathtaking. The host was super helpful and responsive. It was quiet it felt like home away from home.

Jake's apartment was perfect for my week stay. The place matched the photos and description perfectly. Jake was very helpful and responsive and even brought over extra items for me. The apartment was very clean and a perfect location downtown. I didn't have a car, but was able to walk all around downtown very easily to restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen was clean and had all utensils, the bed was comfortable, and the washer and dryer was great for a week stay. It was a very quiet location and will definitely recommend this location when friends and family come into town! Jake was very responsive and helpful and even allowed me to store my luggage for an extra few hours!

I had to stay in Spokane for two weeks after major surgery. This location was perfect for me. Only a mile away from the hospital, fully ADA compliant with grab bars in the master bath and no stairs. Loved the open kitchen/dining/living room design. Didn't hear any sound at all from neighboring apartments. Planning a repeat stay for my next surgery.

I really liked the apartments. I read in the reviews about the noise from the train, but personally I didn't hear anything. I can't write anything bad about the apartments or the owner. Everything was great.

Very cute place! The complex itself is modern, clean and with lots of windows. Check in was easy, and the space was clean. I messaged the lister with a question and they responded within 20 minutes. I recommend!
