Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Spokane

Great house for our needs over the weekend of Women's Nationals Wrestling! The private backyard was perfect for relaxing, and the hot tub was much appreciated over the hectic weekend. Will stay again!

Second time staying in one of their locations, friendly, respectful, quick response. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. No more than 20 minutes from grocery stores,restaurants, and activities.

Jake’s Place was an absolute gem! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always quick to reply and even followed up to make sure everything was going well during my stay. You can tell Jake really cares about creating a great experience for guests. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as pictured in the listing—no surprises, just comfort. It felt like a true home away from home. The neighborhood was lovely—safe and full of charm with great little restaurants, unique boutiques, and inspiring art spaces all within walking distance. Plus, being so close to a waterfall, river, and beautiful scenery made it feel like a peaceful retreat. I’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend! Rebekah

Overall the AirBnB was exactly as described, it was super nice and private. The room itself was awesome, the TVs had free Netflix, as soon as we came in there were some snacks set up for us. Plus the pool table was basically always open, we spent a lot of time playing pool. I would recommend the place if you don’t mind being in downtown

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Jake’s properties and it did not disappoint. He always provides a clean place and peaceful atmosphere!

The apartment was terrific--a little hard to find, but understandable in a downtown area. Jake's instructions were impeccable. The location was terrific. The apartment was quiet and felt safe with wonderful big windows. Outside didn't feel as safe, but that is to be expected in most downtown areas these days.

Stayed here for a work conference - super convenient location, close to both Riverfront and a bus that goes directly to and from the airport. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Riverfront and maybe five to the bus. The space was as described and perfect for what I needed! The kitchen is great and the added bonus of washer/dryer was clutch. Jake was very proactive in communicating and was very responsive.

This was a perfect apartment for my stay in Spokane. Great walkability - close to grocery, restaurants, shopping, and the riverfront. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Jake was responsive and I felt sure he would be available if I needed anything (which I didn't). The only thing to note - I didn't realize before I came that the windows were not functional - I tend to like opening windows for fresh air. Despite that, the air circulation system was adequate and the apartment did not feel stuffy. Would book again!

This is a hidden gem downtown. We are planning a once-a-month getaway and staying again, as this place is a great value and would rival any of the luxury downtown hotels. We had a very comfortable stay. It was super clean and well-maintained. It is a beautiful building full of charm and character. This is a superb property. It is centrally located, and we were able to walk to many restaurants and bars.
