Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Spokane

We arrived and couldn't get in with the passcode. I sent a message and was in within 30sec. Very prompt response time. We're not used to city life, so the hurdles getting in we're strange, but we figured it out quickly. Overall, nice modern studio within walking distance of plenty of food and activities.

The accommodations were clean and peaceful. It was a place that I would characterize as a home away from home. In spite of this being my first time visiting this location, I am certain that it will not be my last, and I look forward to returning in the future. The hospitality was superb.

This was arguably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We frequently rent through Airbnb for our retreats and I was blown away by how clean it was. I also deeply appreciated her flexibility with check in! She allowed us to check in early! LOVED how beautiful this home was & especially loved the fireplace! We will be back!

We loved this place. Traveled to Spokane for a week-long Family Christmas with 9 guests ages 19-72. Rick's place was fully furnished with all the amenities we could need. Endless supply of towels and ample disposables like TP and paper towels. Nice dishes with fully stocked kitchen, incl. spices. We cooked most of our meals and had all the utensils, pots, pans we could have needed. Complimentary coffee and creamer as well as micro popcorn was a nice touch. Our goal was to be together, not necessarily the area, so the media room was great. Elf on the big screen was a fun movie night. the pinball and Paxman games were also fun. There is a small "gym" area with a treadmill etc. that was also enjoyed. Comfortable LR with ample seating for us all. Nice dining area. Comfortable beds and linens. Great water pressure for showers. Two thumbs up from our crew! Made for a memorable Christmas 2024! Thanks to Rick and his team!

This house was THE house for me and my two dogs. Charming, cozy, had everything I needed. Love the fully fenced front and back yard where I can sit on the front porch with my dogs and they can roam in the yard worry free. The living room was our spot. Warm and cozy with the fireplace. Definitely my go to Spokane home away from home

Area was very safe and the house was clean. My dogs enjoyed the yard.

Very beautiful property. We are familiar with the area. Water access and toys are great; the extra gas fire table by the water is awesome for evenings. Clean, large enough for everyone to find personal space, and have fun gatherings with everyone. Owners were very communicative when we had questions. Will definitely stay there again for one of @liveatandres concerts next year! We really appreciated it!
