This property is beautiful, modern and clean. The furnishings are tasteful and new. The host is extremely attentive and made sure we had every little detail about the amenities. This unit comes with gated off street parking. We also had a gorgeous view of downtown.

It was a great place to stay, location was wonderful. We were in town for a basketball tournament, and happy to be able to retreat to our own space away from the chaos of the hotels. Beautify decorated and cared for.

This place was fantastic! We traveled with a baby and teenagers, and it was very comfortable and functionable for all the family. The location was exactly what we needed. Right in the heart of downtown, it was perfect for walking to an event at the Convention Center. There are lots of great resteraunts and coffee shops nearby, all within walking distance. We parked in the parking lot across the street and it was very affordable, as the host had said. Brad was an excellent host and very prompt with communication, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

beautiful, very pristine clean apartment! linen and bedding CLEAN & comfortable for me to sleep in. single and only con was how loud the trains were. but it wasn’t too much of a big deal.

Robert was awesome! I accidentally reserved for the wrong night and he helped me find one of his other rentals and fix the dates seamlessly! They were awesome to deal with and the condo was perfect! Highly recommend!

Fabulous location right on the Spokane River in the back of the building. Small gym next to the unit. Surrounded by great restaurants. Pickleball courts only a 6 min drive. Loved the location. The restaurant downstairs has unbelievable food.

I was traveling with co-workers for training. This was perfect, the location was about one mile from our office. Instructions were sent on where to park, which was right under our apartment on the second floor. I was sent a code prior to are arrival to get into the apartment. The rooms looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean and in place. I slept in the main bedroom and it was very comfortable, this had a queen bed. One of the other rooms had a full bed and the other two twins. My co-workers slept great with no complaints. Hotel size shampoo, conditioners, and lotions were provided. I saved over half of what I would have paid for three hotel rooms. Great savings, great location, over all a great place to stay!

A great stay at a beautiful location! The condo was just perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath definitely come in handy. It's located directly across from the clubhouse which made things very easy for us. We enjoyed the grounds and all the activities offered. Just perfect in all areas. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and super comfortable. We enjoyed the living room with the corner fireplace. It was a bit chilly outside so that came in very handy. We also loved the large windows letting in lots of sunshine. We took long walks along the boardwalk and my husband had the best margarita at Terraza Waterfront Grill. Kevan was very responsive and kind when we had a few questions about the building. We’d be back!

Our family had a great time staying here, we made so many wonderful memories! Easy access to CDA resort via boat or Uber $25 to get into town if you don’t want to drive. The house is absolutely gorgeous the views from the rooms are incredible especially at night.

This was arguably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We frequently rent through Airbnb for our retreats and I was blown away by how clean it was. I also deeply appreciated her flexibility with check in! She allowed us to check in early! LOVED how beautiful this home was & especially loved the fireplace! We will be back!

We loved this place. Traveled to Spokane for a week-long Family Christmas with 9 guests ages 19-72. Rick's place was fully furnished with all the amenities we could need. Endless supply of towels and ample disposables like TP and paper towels. Nice dishes with fully stocked kitchen, incl. spices. We cooked most of our meals and had all the utensils, pots, pans we could have needed. Complimentary coffee and creamer as well as micro popcorn was a nice touch. Our goal was to be together, not necessarily the area, so the media room was great. Elf on the big screen was a fun movie night. the pinball and Paxman games were also fun. There is a small "gym" area with a treadmill etc. that was also enjoyed. Comfortable LR with ample seating for us all. Nice dining area. Comfortable beds and linens. Great water pressure for showers. Two thumbs up from our crew! Made for a memorable Christmas 2024! Thanks to Rick and his team!

The host was great and so was the house. Any questions I had Kim responded to right away. The house is in a nice spot and the lake access is a great bonus. It’s amazing that grocery stores and restaurants are right up the road because you feel so secluded. The house is definitely an older home but it has been updated sufficiently, but you will still see some aspects of the older house (which isn’t a bad thing). I pretty much only used upstairs except one night I had a family member stay downstairs and another Ac unit could probably be used down there. I suppose this would only be relevant during the hot hot months though. Last but certainly not least. Easiest checkout instructions I’ve had with a rental. This hose doesn’t ask a lot of you which is nice. I’ve had some where they expect alot

The host was great, provided easy to follow instructions making check in stress free home was spacious with ample amenities for all of us. Home was close enough to a major road for convenience but also quiet. Would absolutely recommend booking.

We enjoyed our stay in Spokane in the snow. The totally fenced yard was wonderful for my dog. Some of the reviews said the neighbor dogs were noisy however they only barked when we were outside or my dog was near. The dog park nearby was great. It’s literally five minutes from the house. There are hiking trails right there along the river which are really nice. Downtown Spokane is about ten minutes from the house. The house is quite cute and has plenty of space for two people. The kitchen is well appointed with everything one needs for being on the road. It’s quite comfortable and cozy. One thing that stood out for us was the organic olive oil available for cooking. It was truly a special treat. There was also a great selection of spices for cooking. The second bedroom would be better served for children as it’s a canopy bed over a couch with a TV. Something to consider if traveling with two couples. Bonus: hot water was immediate in the shower. Loved it.

Michael’s place was great for our two families to spend time together! Lots of space, kids stayed entertained, comfortable seating and beds. We would stay again and recommend to others!
