We love this place! Walking distance to the heart of St. Augustine, everything in the place was very nice, hosts were great, very friendly, quiet neighborhood. The casita in the back was great for a few people that wanted some privacy, overall highly recommend !

Julie's house is the best!! This is the second year we have stayed. it's only my husband and myself but you could definitely have a family and be very comfortable. The house even has a big game room with a ping pong table and darts!!! The best part is you are right across from the most beautiful, huge, powder white sand beach!

Wonderful place to stay, I would come back in a heartbeat! He not only allowed us to bring all our wonderful dogs but he welcomed them! Felt right at home. Huge backyard with a great deck for the dogs to run around. Inside was clean and spacious with all that we needed to cook thanksgiving :)

We loved the house. We had space for each family to enjoy and a good space to all come together. The beach was nice just few minutes drive could walk but had some small kids. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rebook again. Janice Florida

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here There was everything you needed in the home . The house was nice clean and welcoming. Roland was also easy and fast with responding for whatever we needed. The stay here was so amazing wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for your great home. We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We very much enjoyed our time at Larissa's place. The house had everything we needed. A well-stocked kitchen and lots of towels. It was a holiday weekend so we did not go out to eat- rather, we found a great seafood market and made dinner each night on the grill. We enjoyed time at the beach every day and the pool and hot tub in the afternoons and evenings. The yard is fenced and private and is great for the dogs. Thank you for sharing your peaceful place. We hope to visit again sometime!

My husband, little dog, and I loved the Southern Charmer! It was a great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We stayed at Pauline’s house next door last year for my birthday and I had stayed there another time with my husband’s sisters. Both houses are great and the location cannot be beat. Close to downtown but in a quiet residential area so it is very peaceful. The views from the Southern Charmer are beautiful. Pauline is a great host. Super responsive and accommodating.

We loved our stay at Michelle’s place! It was so homey and the pool & fenced in yard was awesome! Very minimal check out instructions, which is super rare to find these days (especially nice when we have to leave at 3am for our long drive home)! The neighborhood has a lot of ponds and easy for going on walks. You can get to downtown & the beach in a quick 15-20 minute drive. Michelle was super responsive and offered several local recommendations. It was such a good vacation, would definitely stay here again!

Emmanuelle met us on day one and was super friendly and inviting. Her cottage is just what we needed. It allowed dogs (we have 3), it had a fenced in area where we could let them off lease and see the horses, and it had a beautiful walking/biking path very nearby. My only nit pick is that the bed is on the smaller size for two adults, but like it said, that’s nit picking. Otherwise, it is a perfect country getaway where you can connect with nature and is only 25-30 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine.

We make annual work trip to Florida every year and Palm Coast area works well for us. This particular property met pretty much all of our expectations. It was clean, organized, and was supplied well with everything you would need. The host was also very responsive. My CONS: Were that the cost to heat the pool and jacuzzi were very expensive at $200 per day, so being here in February left the pool useless to us. A few other minor inconveniences were that the fans and lights are confusing to operate with all the remotes. (Weird enough the bedroom lights and fans came on multiple times at 3am). And the wifi router would not allow more than 2 devices to connect at one time. The pros do out weigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again as long as the weather permits us to use the pool without the cost of heating it.

This airbnb is perfect. Close to St augustine in distance but miles away in peace and quiet. Hosts are wonderful, intent on their guests having a wonderful tilme Want to come back !!!!!!!

A home away from home, indeed. This place has certainly exceeded our expectations from what was expected. The host was very clear in her instructions and left us without any doubts or questions about the property. The property contained every single detail to make one's stay feel at home, from the welcome package to the fine details of amenities. Our sincerest gratitude for such wonderful hospitality and the care taken to make our stay such a memorable one. We will definitely highly recommend.

we really enjoyed our stay at the emerald. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome and happy birthday message. The coffee and tea bar was amazing and just what I needed when I got there and every morning I woke up. They thought about the small details and supplied you with ear plugs, toothbrushes in case you forgot yours and a bunch of other things. we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Great spot for a wedding nearby! Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and the location was clean and sizeable for a party of three.
