Beach house holiday rentals in St. Augustine

Jodi was a great host and very accommodating. The residence and location was beautiful. We had a family of 8, four of them being kids. We went to the beach everyday and St. Augustine is a stone's throw away. Great place for a family vacation!

Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

Vilano Oceanfront Beach was the perfect place for my family of five to spend a long April weekend. Ideally located right on the beach, the house was spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again on our next visit to NE Florida. The house's backyard is on the beach. The beach here is broad, even during high tide, with clean, soft sand and many little shells. We saw very few people on this quiet stretch of beach, and one day, even a group of five was on horseback riding in the surf. From within the house, there are gorgeous views of the sand and surf from the living room and dining room. The house had everything we needed for a beach stay, including six comfy folding chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys for the sand, and kites to fly. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The stacked full-size washer/dryer worked well. There is plenty of parking under and beside the house behind a gate.

This beach front cottage was perfect for our little family spring break! The views of the beach were breathtaking from every window. The beach was never crowded and the fact that it's dog friendly was such a relief - it's such a bummer to go on vacation and have to worry about your pup every single day. We loved finding shark teeth (we found many) and watching the sunrise and dolphins either from the porch or the sand. Everything was clean and there were all the amenities you need. My kids loved the sand toys in the garage. We will definitely go back.

My first stay at this location was in the downstairs unit. Loved the host, Marty, and the location so much we reached out for this second trip, but in the upstairs. Can’t say enough about the host of course. But the location here is near so many great restaurants and friendly people and beautiful views. Yes, we will be looking to come back next year. Thank you Marty for being so helpful as always.

My family and I spent a week at Renee and Aloe's wonderful beach house. We could not have asked for more welcoming and helpful hosts. The photos, description and amenities were as described. Everything was spotlessly clean. Just steps away from the beautiful beach and an easy drive into downtown St. Augustine, we really appreciated the house's history and homey feel. Be sure to walk down to the Kookaburra Beachside cafe for excellent morning coffee! Thank you so much, Renee and Aloe!

The Seascape was an amazing property, literally on the beach side of A1A, right off the deck into the sand. very private. The house was roomie and clean. The kitchen and house was well equipped, lots of extras like spices, TP, trash bags, paper towels, etc... which is much appreciated on a trip. The beach was private and not a lot of people, extremely welcome!

This was a great place to stay in Villano Beach. The host was very attentive and helpful. We loved the pool and the outdoor grilling!

Awesome place! Super clean and cute. We had everything we needed and then some. Loved that it was such a quick walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. You do have to go up and over a sand dune with your beach gear, so for someone not as stable on their feet, it might be an issue if you have a wagon, etc. We’re already talking about our next trip back!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Denise was a great host. Her house is beautiful and she was always responsive when we sent questions. I would highly recommend this house.

We had four adults and 3 kids (ages ~2-4) in the house and it was perfect! The pool was perfect for kiddos and they had everything we needed from pool and beach equipment for them. The rooms were quiet, cool and dark and perfect for napping and sleep. Definitely a more quiet area, but the that’s exactly what we wanted and needed with the kiddos. Was easy to spend a few hours at the beach before naps and then pool tome before dinner. Also loved that it was a salt-water pool and it was the perfect temp.

Great location ! Everything you need is a short distance away making it extremely convenient. The space is comfortable , welcoming and has everything you need . The pool and outdoor kitchen provided some fun under the sun before heading out to a concert at the Amphitheater, we truly fell in love with St .Augustine, we’re definitely coming back !

It was .6 miles to the beach-1km. Great beach. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped-everything worked. We had 6 adults, 3 children and one infant and we all fit comfortably in the house. Really nice neighborhood. Lots of sitting areas. Would definitely recommend this house.

Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

We had an amazing stay! The home is absolutely beautiful with tasteful decor and comfortable, high-quality furniture throughout. It’s in the perfect location, just steps from the beach making it super easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, including beach toys, which was a huge plus. The backyard was a great space to relax, and we especially appreciated how dog-friendly the home was. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return!

As advertised, the home was in very good condition. All instructions were clear for an easy check-in and checkout. Very well supplied kitchen and appliances were clean a looked like new. New gas grill worked perfectly. Lots of room outside to enjoy and very private. Golf cart was plus for transportation to the beach. Also, easy walking distance to Debra Jean’s Cafe was a nice surprise. Excellent food and coffee selections. Overall, an exceptional stay. Thank You.

The house was clean and the location had something for everyone. My boys (ages 10, 7 and 6) didn’t want to leave the pool, my teen daughter and I enjoyed being able to walk and watch the sunrise over the ocean, and my husband appreciated how spacious the house was with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms it gave our family of 8 plenty of room to spread out, which was nice! All of us enjoyed being able to walk to the ocean and spend time on the beach. I would recommend a wagon or stroller if you have toddlers. We were very thankful we could load all of our beach gear and out two toddlers into ours to get to and from the beach. I also appreciated that the home had enough garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper for our entire stay. It was nice to not have to run and buy those things. Brandon was very responsive to any questions that we had and was very transparent about what the home was actually like. The pictures and description matched the property.

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.
